Sedona's Popcorn Emporium — Local services in Sedona

I love this place. I'm in two or three times a week (at least) probably 50/75 times over the last year or so. I've never had any issues with the staff and the popcorn is always really good. The flavors are fantastic - my favorite is the Kettle Corn! Others are good too.

I've suggested/recommended it to my tour peeps/guests and they've all been very happy with their purchases. I've never had a single complaint ..ever.

As a busy Tour Guide, I would never suggest a place that my peeps may not like.

Personally...I think many of the comments about the staff being rude is due to the fact that the employees are international. I don't think that is fair... unfortunately that's the world we live in. I'd rather have a genuine, regular greeting than the fake bubbly exuberant greeting from someone looking for a tip in their jar...after all, I'm buying popcorn for crying out loud, not refinancing my house.

Save that fake smile/greeting for the Starbuckers.

From Tucson, currently living in Egypt. Back for family, my best friend, her grand kids & I decided to take a trip to Sedona for the day. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the popcorn & ice cream tasted. The smell of the different popcorns emulated the air as you walk by, a combination of sweet & salty. Yummy! And I was pleasantly surprised the owner, Sara & I have so many things in common = Both business owners, the love for helping others & standing up for the voiceless & being a beacon for humanity. It was such a nice breath of fresh air to share with each other our ideals & ethics, leaving with generous scoops of ice cream. Meeting Sara (& her daughter who works down the walkway at an Indian Trade jewelry store) made my day. Actually made my trip away from home feel like home. The woman working the counter yesterday evening was rude. My daughter asked for one scoop of strawberry cheesecake, she gave her rainbow sherbet. When I said she asked for strawberry she looked at me and said "no she asked for rainbow sherbet". I looked down at my daughter who said again she said strawberry. The woman refused to give her the right flavor and I had already paid. It was one small scoop in a cup, the fact that she didn't offer to fix her mixup was horrible customer service. I didn't even notice until I walked out of the store that she had given me vanilla praline ice cream instead of the peanut butter fudge ice cream I asked for. Horrible customer service over some highly over priced bunny...
