UPDATE TO THE ANSWER THE SHOP WHO LIED AND SAID THEY TALKED AND EXPLAINED THINGS UNDER MY ORIGINAL REVIEW .

It was 4 minutes before closing time and they said they wouldn't serve us because they close at 7. So we went across the street and bought ice cream from sabrinas. We also referred 3 other family's to the ice cream shop across the street. This picture was taken at 7:13 pm. A couple came out and complained they were closed when the sign says open.

UPDATE Answer... Lets be honest here you NEVER talk or explained anything to me and your dumbfounded as to why this review is still up. NO its wasnt the coffee shop you think I was talking about up front outside the building it was already locked up and no one was around. I never talk to anyone that your trying to suggest i did. Our friends who actually went into your shop visited your shop the day before and talked highly about your gelato. We actually drove from another location to try it. When they showed up this 2nd time the person was serving a young couple and told the people in our group that your shop was closing at 7 and were not serving the people in our group. It was 6:56 pm. We saw the couple walk out few minutes later heading west out of the building eating their Gelato. And you were not out there with us from 6:53 pm thru 7:23 pm sitting on the tables in front of building also witnessing other groups of family's going into the building also thinking the open sign belonged to your gelato shop and found out you were closed. I see you have a horrible attitude towards some of us who gave our honest reviews and don't leave an review thats not to your liking. I never leave reviews but this needed it. I was in Sedona on vacation and walked in to this shop to try some gelato. I asked for a sample of the blueberry and to my surprise it literally tasted like blueberries. It wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet or artificially flavored like every other gelato place I’ve been to. And then the nice lady behind the counter that was helping me told me it was all-natural and I could tell before she even told me that. No placebo. I chose to get the passion fruit flavored sorbet and wow it was amazingggg. It tasted exactly like the passion fruit my cousins and I would go out to search for in the forests of Puerto Rico when we were little kids. That unadulterated natural flavor instantly brought me back to that nostalgic memory. To top it off after eating it I didn’t feel overwhelmed by the sugary overload that I normally feel after eating sweets. I didn’t have that queasy gut feeling like I just ate something I shouldn’t have. I actually felt good and recharged...almost like I ate something natural like a piece of fruit. My experience here started off great, the man working at 4:30 on Nov 17 2023 greeted me and let me try a ton of samples and gage me his reccomendations. I loved the service so I left a generous tip. As I was sitting and enjoying my gelato, a father and son came in and got their gelato for free. I thought it was sweet to do that, and didn’t take any offense that they got their gelato for free— it was cute. Then, the man proceeds to talk to a fellow customer about how he “loves the power of his job” and “only charges people he doesn’t like.” When I heard this, I was honestly pretty offended and confused because I thought we had a good interaction. I got up and left because I was confused/ upset. I wanted to leave this message bc I believe this man needs to be held accountable because this is no way to speak to and...
