Soul Shine Sedona — Local services in Sedona

Let me start by saying that every time I come to Sedona, I have wanted to visit this store and it was always closed for various reasons so I was super excited when it was open this time. That being said, if I could give zero stars I would. There were 5 adults and 6 children in my group. We all love crystals and have visited many of the crystal stores in Sedona on every visit. While the children were looking at for specific crystals and some were looking for a ring, the owner or sales woman came over and very rudely asked them to not touch anything. If you are interested in crystals then you would know that you should be encouraged to touch the crystals in order to feel their energy and see if that is the crystal you want. Also, how do you shop for a ring without trying it in to see how it fits. After, that my mom, who was by the children, let the rest of us know and we decided we would take our money elsewhere. The children were very upset when we left, so after visiting a few shops, I decided to go back and address the fact that she is running a store called Soul Shine, yet doesn’t seem to have a very good soul. Don’t be a pretend want to be hippie. She lied and said there were not any adults around and the kids touching the stuff made her nervous. I asked what made her nervous exactly. She said that they would break stuff. I can understand this, but do adults never break anything in a store. The woman then insulted me in a mocking way by saying “what took so long to come back you were just letting it fester?” I remained calm and kind during the conversation even when she didn’t. In the end she said to be “Nothing you are saying means anything to me” Stick to the crystal stores that believe in...

A nice shop I enjoyed. I got a lovely smudge set, which was an emergency for my vacation hotel room, all the stores in both oak creek amd sedona were closed at 5/7pm -I was out at 8pm looking for an emergency sage stick for my hotel room- dead seriously. I saw this welcoming store from the road, and I ended up getting some gifts, a wall hanging, and a dress for myself. I was so happy someone was open at 8pm on a Thursday night --and so nice, finally, the first friendly person in sedona award! Lovely store, Prices were very good, I got like 6 really cool things for $128 including a nice silk sundress. I saw the sage is locally grown, I burned one in my demonic hotel room and it burned like the nicest stick ever with the thickest yet lightest and sweetest smoke!! Totally different! Really relaxed after going there and the crystals looked really nice, -and with good prices! nice relaxing stop with good vibes and the perfect sedona...

Visited with my family, purchased a handful of goodies from butterfly earrings, stone rings, unique car freshener, my 9 yr old son picked out a “make your own” necklace. The charm did not fit so the store owner suggested to attach it herself. The ring she used to attach and the stone itself fell off & were gone before the end of the day. My little guy was very upset due to how excited he was after spending a thoughtful amount of time picking it out. I was disappointed as the owner took it into her own hands to put the necklace together and assured us this would be fine. No more handy dandy attachment necklaces.....
