Big shout out and thank you to Mario and his wife!!! I called and spoke with Mario as I was needing a variety of fruit delivered to our resort prior to our arrival for our anniversary. I called a few other places as I was looking for the fruit to be cut and presented on a platter or like an arrangement kind of how edible arrangements does it. Anyway, long story short, Mario and his wife came through clutch and delivered a platter of watermelons, cucumber, pineapples, jicamas and limes and even provided some chamoy and tajin on the side. I had a really disappointing experience here with my family. Upon entering with a service dog, the employee behind the counter abruptly stopped us and said dogs weren’t allowed inside. I calmly explained that she’s a service animal, but he still demanded to see paperwork—which is not only inappropriate but also illegal. This all happened in front of other patrons and was incredibly embarrassing for the person in our group who had to shuffle through her wallet to show documentation. This is a review for their ice cream. We did not try any of their specials. I got "oreo", which seemed to be vanilla with oreo crumbs hand mixed. The problem was, it wasn't really mixed, so I got mostly vanilla ice cream. Also, both of our ice creams were icy, like it had been melted and refrozen a few times. The small was $4 something which I would consider on the expensive side but expected given the location in a busy tourist area.
