Claire's — Local services in Selma

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Spend over 2 hundred dollars getting my youngest's ears peirce and buying 2 sets of there 89 gold earrings ( for my 5 and 1 y.o because I've had issues in the past with non real gold earrings causing irritation). Within 2 weeks earrings came out while my 1 y.o was asleep. Earrings that THEY put in with the gun. I called to see if they're was anything that can be done considering the recency and the fact that they're the one who put it in and NOTHING (neither for earrings, which I had one of the pair but the other was missing, or to re-pierce her ears). My mom was watching my 1 y.o at the time and was scared to put anything in her ears, said it already looked like it was closed. By the time we got home the next day her ears did seem closed and we gave up trying to fight her to see if we could get anything in out of fear of causing damage. Fast forward a few weeks and same thing happens with my 5 y.o, loses one earring in a bath tub and the other sleeping. Her (my 5 y.o) ears were also pierced at a different claires 4 years ago and we never had issues with her losing earrings until now. What an incredible...

I got my ear pierced after leaving my earring fell out and I was not able to find it, I called back immediately and the location was closed. I called first thing the next morning to express what happened the store manager was rude and kept stating he couldn’t do anything, he never attempted to find a solution or be reasonable. His advice was to pay the same price I paid for both piercing to get my one ear re-pierced and that was the best he could do. In addition, my mother called back and he was extremely rude and had an attitude with her. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. My wife and daughter go to this Selma location on a regular basis. Samantha and the 2 girl associates are always kind, professional and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces and make each shopping experience special and fun for our daughter! The location is well organized, clean and staff is always pleasant and friendly! They all are very informative of when the Buy 3, Get 3 specials are in effect and are always prompt to attending to any needs we have. This is our daughter's favorite Claire's and we've been to the North Star, Rolling Oaks and other locations.
