This location has the worst customer from the associates up to management, that I have ever experienced. On more than one occasion I had a more than just a negative experience. The employees are unapologetically rude, show no willingness to help customers in any way, seem bored unhappy and quite frankly don't want to be bothered by customers. Whether looking for an item you saw online, or using a discount code at checkout- that has been email blast to you a thousands times. As soon as you make your way towards the checkout line the employees show obvious signs of being annoyed/ irritated that you're even in the store or at the checkout counter. As if the employees have something more important to do, or checkout & assisting customers with purchases is not a part of their job descriptions; which is mind-blowing as both checkout & assisting customers is a very important part of any "retail business". My shopping experiences have been very disturbing; to encounter rude & disgruntle employees, I was treated poorly just for coming in the store. It's very disappointing and a huge deterrent and something I will never forget. Shopping should be fun, a stress reliever, not the opposite. I've always loved the Gap brands & stores, it is truly a disgrace how poorly the brand is being represented at this location. This location has a very unpleasant and toxic shopping environment. I don't intend to shop at this location for a long time or ever again. I've had too many negative shopping experiences that could have easily been avoided, if the staff at this location had any care or even basic customer...

Went in there looking for a dress, as I was looking my sister is helping me with my two 2 year olds! And as she kept them busy they were touching the jewelry and then a lady that works there comes to tell her to āstop letting the kids make a messā mind you they were picking up and putting the stuff back in the little racks because they were on the floor! My sister then tell's her that and she comes back at my sister saying āwell you arenāt even going to buy anything here..ā mind you Iām literally getting a dress as this whole situation is happening. Regardless if they did mess something up we would take responsibility for that! We ask for a manager she saidās sheās one which I doubt because no manager speaks like that, when I proceed to STILL buying my dress regardless of that ignorant interaction. I went to the fitting rooms to try on things and the young man that was in there was very nice. However, when I went out there was a different lady and I asked her where I could put the clothes I didnāt want and she responded back with a nasty attitude, totally unnecessary. And then when I went to check out there was only one girl ringing up customers(she was very nice), and three other employees on the other side of the counter doing Iām not sure what. They couldāve acknowledged me as I was waiting for the other employee to finish with the customers she had but they didnāt. Point is, I know what customer service is because I work in that but most of the employees were not being attentive...
