Update 11/18/24: We're engaged!! The beautiful ring we tried several months ago is what my now-fiancé proposed with. It's absolutely gorgeous and such incredible quality. We had it sized slightly down (that's on me, we were sized by Emily previously and I thought a little bigger would be more comfortable but I was wrong - trust the professionals, folks!)

Tonight, we picked my ring up and were assisted by Comfort (Comfy) who is such a sweetheart. She made sure my ring felt comfortable, sized my fiancé's ring finger for him and we even purchased a GORGEOUS lab-created ruby gold chain link necklace that I couldn't stop looking at. Comfort was professional, incredibly nice and made us feel so welcome.

After a few times at the Zales Outlet now, I feel we have an official jeweler! Thank you to the entire team, you truly make people happy and feel special.

Original Review (late summer 2024): Tonight we enjoyed an immensely positive experience at the Zales Outlet at the Arundel Mills Mall. My boyfriend and I had discussed engagement rings for awhile and wanted to see if the styles I thought I liked were truly the right fit... and I'm so glad we made the snap decision to pick this store to enter!

Both Emily and Malika were such a pleasure to interact with! Emily first helped me determine my correct ring size and both Emily and Malika assisted us in finding the right ring setting that brought happiness. They offered thoughtful feedback, recommendations and answered all our questions. We learned about the forever warranty program, jewelry sales, ring sizing, and more details on natural and lab grown diamonds. It was also really nice engaging with them and sharing stories while looking at rings. We felt so comfortable in a totally zero pressure environment, which is paramount during a process like picking out an engagement ring.

Looking at beautiful, sparkling jewelry is always an enjoyable time but it was the warmth, professionalism and no pressure at the Zales Outlet that made our experience 5 stars (and more!)

The store is very clean and there's so much more to see outside of the engagement rings. There were many dazzling displays with all kinds of jewelry and I'm confident any shopper can easily locate what they're looking for while having an incredibly upbeat experience at the Zales Outlet.

I will not purchase any other jewelry from Zales at all. I purchased a ring for my daughter on 7/13/20 and was told that I could come back to pick it up on 7/27/20. We went back to the store on the 27th to learn that the store was closed “temporarily” and it had no contact information. My daughter and I had gone to the store a couple of times to see if it had been opened and they were still closed. I tried to call the customer service number on the 27th as well and no one answered.

I completed the zales survey to show my disappointment and someone responded but still with no information.

I started a chat with zales today, explained my situation and somehow after I explained it, the session was disconnected. I then called customer service, was on hold for 40 min only for someone to answer, me explain and then hear no response from them. I sat on the phone for over 5 more minutes and then they hung up.

This is such bad business. I now will have to file a fraud claim to get my money back because of this. Zales is not a good place to purchase from, especially if they can’t inform their customers about their purchases.

Malika Is the absolute best after I lost my engagement ring that I got at Kay’s I wanted to try somewhere else because Kay’s is smaller in carrots for the prices they have now when I came into zales she was so nice listened to me tell her about how my first ring was literally my everything bc as soon as I saw it I fell in love mind you it was Black Friday so I got a BEAUTIFUL RING FOR HALF OFF malika worked with me to find a ring really worth the value I wanted and the diamond cut I wanted she was sweet patient and reassuring the whole time I’ve done every inspection with her since I got my ring a repair with her and then today came to get my ring and wanted to find a tennis bracket in my price range and she helped me for as long as it took never showed any irritation and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to make a decision which makes me wanna buy more than someone pushing an item on me I recommend her 100% -your valued...
