Phone etiquette from the guy was horrible. I called to Check to see if a shoe was available in a size, I just bought a pair for myself and wanted to buy a pair for my mom also. I gave him the exact name of the shoe, color and size I was looking for and he demanded That I give him the style number. I explained to him that I don’t have that, but I have the exact name description, color, and that I just called another Store and was able to provide the same information and she was able to check for the shoe, he kept repeating himself and demanding that I give him a style number which was just ridiculous, he also said “we have a lot of shoes so I need the style number”… He wanted me to go on the site, look under details and read him the style number that was under the website when I shouldn't have had to do all of that, at which point do you make it easier for the customer? And now I will never buy anything from that store because of him, when shopping at stores like these you expect convenience and ease not hassle and...

My time was great up until I got to the cash register. The product I wanted was slightly cheaper on the COACH outlet website. I asked the cashier if there was price match on the coach website to coach store. The cashier was very helpful and said she will look further into the matter. She called her store manager to proceed the transaction. The store manager , the black light skin woman with the glasses and braids. She was very dismissive & condescending towards me when I had a simple question. She said that she will not honor the coach website price. Stating “ The coach Outlet was an error and price in store are the same” I told her that all of the prices on the website have been on the website for quite a bit. She insisted it was an error. My experience was soo great until I got the cashier the women in braids long hair with glasses with a thin cardigan she was soo disrespectful she made me feel soo uncomfortable I was shaky because I had to wait until I got my money sent. Order for me to purchase I told her to plzz am sorry I gatta wait she threatened me to kicked out and leave out the store I was holding her line I didn’t nothing wrong. She soo rude mean The other lady had to clam me down because I have major axienty and she help me with the bag that I needed am not ever coming to this Coach if she in duty.
