Gap Factory — Local services in Severn

I have shopped at Gap and Gap factory for years and going to take a break from Gap factory for a long while due to how rude the employees at this store are. I’ve been in here 4 times and the first time I thought it was just someone having a bad day. By the 4th time it was apparent that there is zero interest in being friendly or even just polite. No one says hello, thank you, or anything polite whatsoever. It makes me not want to even shop gap factory online since I’d have to go to this store if I have any returns. The cashiers did not know how to help a costumer use her reward points. Instead, they instructed another costumer to “help”. The “helping” costumer was rude, arrogant and condescending. The cashiers simply had a laugh about the whole interaction between the two costumers. That happened on 12/7 at around 3:45pm. I was in line watching it happed. One of the cashier even went as far as to blame one of the costumers for the other costumer’s rudeness towards her.
