Torrid — Local services in Severn

This is the best Torrid! Amy got me in the door and told me about the bra sale. Plus I had an online return so I decided to check it out. I forgot how great the in-person Torrid shopping experience is! Everyone working there was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Sharina did my bra fitting and made me feel super comfortable with her calm energy. Jordan offered guidance and oversight throughout my shopping process and even found a style of bra that worked for me despite my tricky shape! The other salesperson whose name I am forgetting but I think is maybe Addy? made sure I knew about every promotion available. All three of them knew what and where everything was as well as checked backstock and online availability for items I didn't see. It was just an overall fantastic shopping experience. I actually feel good about clothing purchases which is so hard in general but especially as my body changes due to health challenges. Thank you ladies!!...

I used to be a Torrid fan up and down but between the change in the quality of their clothing and the staff member I encountered at this location, I'm somewhat turned off. Yesterday I'm speaking with whomever was behind the counter, mid conversation she just walks away. I could hear her talking to someone in the back so I'm guessing she needed to let them in. No "excuse me for a second" or " I just need a moment", NOTHING. I kindly picked up where I left off when she came back😐. It's not my 1st dry experience with an associate at this location but at least the last one was just uninterested. This one was just rude. I will NOT shop this...

I LOVE love love this store. The clearance racks always have great finds, the staff is friendly and fabulous and the changing rooms.. roomy!!!! (With your own personal fan!) Torrid caters to the curvier person, mirrors that are true to you, lighting that isn’t harsh and sizes.. their sizing is different than most other places. The material and quality of the clothing is definitely worth the price. I’ve quite literally had a tank top from Torrid since 2002 and although it’s now finally faded, there’s still no holes...
