Call the store asked the young lady Kayla who answered the phone if I give you the item number description brand-name could you possibly tell me if you have the item in stock before I attempt to order online she kept repeatedly responding back with OK well we have plenty of jackets I stated I understand you have plenty of jackets but I’m asking if you have a specific item in stock she said well I can’t do that without the information of the jacket I said that is fine I have the information can I give it to you she then stated again I don’t understand do you or do you not have the item number then I proceeded to explain to her I do have the item information I just want to confirm whether or not you have it in stock before I come in she then stated I don’t know what you mean I then asked if there was a manager available she told me there is no manager there I asked who her manager is she told me Rachel I asked is Rachel going to be in tomorrow or when is a good time to contact her Kayla then responded with I don’t know I don’t know her schedule you’ll have to figure that out I have an asked her for the corporate number she stated she didn’t know what that was either this is the second time I’ve had experience with the store and the girl Kayla and another staff member have no customer service experience they have no idea how to talk to people it’s unfortunate because I love shopping in the store but after experiencing the phone call that I had today I will be taking my business elsewhere hopefully they get better staff more mature staff that is educated and trained to know how to give a good customer service and know how to communicate

Last month was my first time shopping at the Hagerstown location. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied at the customer service I received. I purchased various items but one of them was a scrub jacket. When I got home I noticed it had holes all over. Keep in mind, it was a “new” jacket and I had never worn it or didn’t try it on at the store. When I went back to the store and spoke to the manager she was very rude and refused to give me an exchange. She insinuated that I made the holes and there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I still am in complete disbelief that they refuse to provide me an exchange when they sold a defective item and can simply damage it out. The reviews are disturbing.. The franchise owner for this location needs to fix this.
