GUESS Factory — Local services in Severn

Horrible experience!!!!!! I love buying guess handbags coz they are very durable and cheap at the same time and I am a regular customer at Arundel Mills Mall. On 10/1/2016 I went to the guess store with my family and we bought 3 handbags for gifting at full price, we again visited the store for some more shopping on 10/10/2016 and I saw that all the handbags were on sale for 30% discount. I went ahead and tried talking to the store manager for a one time price adjustment (which they do within 14 days of purchase out of courtesy) as everything I bought was unused and also had valid receipt. But the store manager was extremely rude and was trying to explain me the store policy which I think I understand better than him. He said that he can limit the return and they have no such policy as price adjustment in guess outlet stores (he seriously needs some more knowledge about the guess store policies not sure how he is holding the position of a store manager). I did not want to return anything but just wanted a price adjustment. I was really annoyed with this guy; I went ahead and returned everything ($233 worth stuff) I bought from this store out of frustration. The guy did not seem to be bothered by losing the sale. I could have bought the same stuff again for cheaper price but I did not want to do any kind of business. Extremely bad experience and a very poor customer service, I wish I could...

I love guess so very much. I made a big purchase with a lot of different merchandise. However I would have gotten more but my arms were tired because the racks are so high up. Just going through the bodysuits in the front to find my size was a problem. My arm was tired from round one, and I also was carrying a ton of merch. I purchased two pairs of joggers, two bodysuits, one blazer, bookbag purse, and a tshirt. I do love my items so much! Guess is one of the few brands that fit my shape and omg I really am stalker crazy for Guess. I have been shopping at guess since I was able to save allowance and purchase it until currently. I will wear this brand for life. Please Guess dont leave and go out of business. If that time comes and I pray it will Never happen, please contact me and let all your loyal customers help find solutions. You would be surprised what your unnoticed fans could do for you. Guess quality has gone down over the years. Their sales here aren't that good either for a factory location. We usually only buy clearance. Also, their military discount is kinda ridiculous. It only works on full price items...who goes to a factory outlet to buy full price? Additionally, there is hardly anything that is full price. They offer one basically to put a sticker in their window to get military in the door and then disappointed once they are at the register. If you are going to offer a discount, make it at least 10%...
