I have thoroughly enjoyed all the products I have ordered from cafe420 shops across TN - their staff is very informative helpful and knowledgeable.. quality products you can count on to meet your medical and recreational needs ..

🚧☢️🆘 The only DOWNFALL I have come in contact with is with their (📍online ordering dept📍) UNFORTUNATELY my last 2 online orders were either missing items and/or they sent a less than satisfactory substitution without any written, oral, or electronic communication (a refund for the missing/substituted items was NOT offered) for this happening on 2 separate occasions even after I tried multiple points of contact to resolve .. including photo and video showing that 1️⃣incorrect item shipped/ unexplained and unexpected substitution shipped compared to what was listed (& marked✅) on packing slip & 2️⃣proof showing where I was missing ❎ a specific product from the shipping invoice..📩📬📭🧾

💎I am a very easy going and forgiving person especially after years myself working in retail, retail mgt and customer/public service so I am super understanding that these things DO happen but I have been quite disappointed by their lack of communication or customer support when it pertains to these types of problems.. I hope that possibly by leaving this review I may get feedback on how to resolve my most recent shipment issue because I absolutely think highly of this business as a whole

With that being said; I still choose to give all of the staff and dispensaries across Hartford, seiverville, & pigeon forge areas 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ s we have visited each location and found you all so sweet kind patient and extremely helpful to me this last year

Went in the store with my husband and a larger blonde woman was very short with us and tried to make me sit in the corner like a child because I had forgotten my ID at the hotel with my purse and my husband had his ID. We were not even purchasing anything yet, just browsing. Anyone without an ID on them or anyone under 21 is not even allowed to enter the store while others even allow children to go in with their parents and such as long as the children aren’t buying anything. The purchaser will be ID checked as they should. This shop was also the most lack luster hemp shop on the Gatlinburg strip. Tennessee Hemp Care was amazing and way nicer and the people were much more welcoming. There are also plenty of other better hemp shops...

This is a safe and laid back dispensary. I have had nothing but good encounters everytime I go there. They have the highest quality products. If u use delta 9 this is a place to check out. You will have so many strains to choose from and the products to use it with. They have vaps edibles and flower. The price of the products are high due to the government taxing it. One day I see them being 1 of the first dispensaries in east Tennessee. I recommend this place to everyone that uses cannabis and cannabis products. The atmosphere in the shop is amazing. The people that work there and the people that are just chilling there...
