"CO-OP" suppose to be a Local Friendly Store For "Local's". Yesterday when I went in for the First Time after many many recommendation from my colleagues, acquaintance and friends, all of them said to me that their customer service is superb, A1, Topnotch and Much Much better than Home Depot and Lowe's but to my surprise they were all so wrong, I was in the market to purchase Good a Quality Paint for my doors and when I went in yesterday it was kinda dull and dark, felt like to me they were less lights and wasn't brighten up properly. When I entered the lady at the counter greeted and I went straight to the paint section after browsing for 10-15 mins, I finally decided on what I was looking for and had couple of questions before I make the purchase but there was no body in that department. So I went all the way back looking for a help and this old gentleman as the back counter told me that it's not his department and I should go all the way in the front, So I went all the way to the front and ask the same lady that I'm looking for this specific paint and do you have it, "No we don't" and started to Stare at me as if I don't belong here and what am I doing here. Unbelievable I just saw that paint and wanted to know more about it, She did Not even cared to Get up from her chair nor she cared to ask anybody else for assistance. I felt so unwelcome and awful for this type of customer service, I've lived here in this county for more than a decade even before Co-op existed here and this was the worst worst worst experience ever in my entire life. I Do Not Absolutely Do Not Recommend this place and there are many other places selling the same or similar type of products that they carry. I'd rather give my business to them who value their customer's and truly believe In the implementation of "Good...
Read moreFor the record I have never left a review for a company but this has to be said to warned people. Let me start by saying I’ve been going to co-op for the past two years for oil changes and I’ve never had an issue. In the middle of November I went down and had them check my breaks and rotors. Got a call a couple hours later saying two of them were bad and the other two are okay. I told them to go ahead and change them all because they said it would be $612 when most places are charging 700-800. Had to go back the next week because they were squealing horribly. Now they’re fixed they said. Everything was fine until 3-4 days later when the squealing came back and now the most god awful scrubbing sound you could possibly imagine has started and had to take it back the week after that. This time (3rd time) was told the staff wasn’t trained properly on doing breaks and the main mechanic was working on it. Finally someone with experience working on it! Need I say I have two kids, a wife, one vehicle and we both have to use my car daily so sounding like a whale screaming going down the road has been a nightmare. Was told by the main mechanic he promised it’s fixed now. Well after 5-6 days the scrubbing has returned worst than ever, car shaking, pure embarrassment driving my car around and the 4th time having to go to co-op I told them to just give me my money back and they will never touch my vehicle again. If you have a family that you drive in your car that you love and cherish do not take your car here. I wouldn’t even take a vehicle to get the windshield wipers replaced. As of 12-19-22 I’m refunded my money and as of 12-20-22 had to get all new breaks and rotors done by five oaks tire repair and was told by them they put the cheapest parts they’ve ever seen on my car. Please don’t take your...
Read moreWorst experience ive ever had at this co-op...the the mower service department is horrible....bought my zero turn from them because of a good deal on financing and a supposed very good warranty on the mower...had mower for 2 maybe 3 yrs and has been great till the driver side trans axle began leaking..took the mower to them for the warranty work despite the heads up of 2 or 3 weeks out on service...i called every week for an update always given the same answer havent gotten to it yet...then 4 weeks after they have had it...i get a phone call saying they cant comfirm the problem..so i explain it to them..and they said they would try again..get a phone call again a couple days later and they confirmed the problem...so now im being told the transaxle warranty is out and that the mechanic is going on vacation and cant work on it till he returns and then when he gets back they will take it apart...and see what they can do or if they will even be able to get the manufacturer to do something about it...oh and was told that warranty only covers parts and not labor after the mower had been dropped off..extremely pissed off and will never go back there again once i get my mower back....and if the bill is crazy exspensive after all this time..ill end up taking them to small...
