🚨Dont waste your time!!! 🚨You'll be time and frustration ahead by driving to the nearest competitor. I've tried to do business with this place but they rarely seem to get it right the first time or even second time. Some issues are minor, some much more of an inconvenience but either way they're all avoidable. This last time actually had multiple employees tell me the model number to obtain a part didn't exist. I was pretty sure I was right but I've been wrong before so I didn't argue and she said if it was wrong, bring it back. Well of course the part was wrong, the model number does exist, and after calling back they had the part in stock....imagine that. So I go back to the store to return the wrong part and some other guy tells me the that model number is for a different tool......🤬 No it's not I said and got frustrated because now its 3 ppl telling me wrong information. I start telling them about past bad experiences there contributing to my frustration and she blames it on Mitch.....the only guy in that building who's know every question I've ever asked him. WOW....Throw your employee under the bus! I don't think it was Mitch that forgot 3 times over 7 months to order my part🤔. Its one thing to make an honest mistake, it's another to waste ppls time/money because you'd rather argue than help them get what they need. I'll driver further or pay more for a better experience. I would give 500 out of five if I could! Blalocks are such a blessing to work with. I ordered crusher run for our new driveway. Amber was so sweet and helpful when I spoke with her on the phone. Every time I would call her back with a question or needing to coordinate details, she always remembered me and treated me like a friend.She told me the approximate cost of the order and she scheduled the gravel delivery the very next day. The dump truck driver, Darrell, couldn’t get the right traction in the wet, muddy grass, so he called a backhoe driver named Steve to come over and help me out. They spread the gravel out so perfectly and just went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I appreciate this company so much and I love being able to work with this local business. Their motto is to treat others the way they want to be treated and everybody is family. Who can ask for anything more? I was so pleased that I ordered another load to make my driveway perfect. Darrell and Steve came back. It was so good to see them. I didn’t think it would be possible to top the performance they did the last time, but thanks to their previous work and the weather cooperating, they were able to do an even better job this time around. ’m so thankful for this company. Don’t buy any power equipment from this store they don’t stand behind their product. Bought a stihl chainsaw it wouldn’t start after sitting for about 2-3 months. Only cut 1 tree with it. Brought it in for warranty work. They blamed it on my gas. The same gas I put in my other 2 saws, 2 weed eaters, and leaf blower with no issues. They claim it’s not under warranty do to the gas. Stihl has a 2 year manufacturer warranty on motor failure. Took it to Ace Hardware and they are fixing it under warranty. So my Buisness will be going there from here forward. You try to spend money at the small stores instead of going to the box stores then get turned away after the sale. Way to stand behind your product.
