Jenn was very rude and disrespectful to me and my friend while we were in there shopping to the point we left our stuff and left the store. We will never ever return here again. She kept making rude remarks to us staring at us and she yelled at me friend telling my friend she was to ugly for that outfit she was gonna buy. I absolutely love LOFT! I got a package from them the other day with two items missing. I called customer service and instead of doing what a bunch of stores do and just refunding me the money and making me order it again, they just sent me the missing items!!! They made it easy to be a customer and I love shopping with them!! The customer service lady was incredibly helpful and took care of it in a matter of just a few minutes! The exact same thing happened with H&M and they were terrible! LOFT put them to shame and I told them so!...
