Day of my wedding had my band on for a few hours and noticed that a diamond had come out I didn't purchase my engagement ring or band at this location. So I walked in 10 mins before they closed and was just to ask how long would it take at my zales store back home to get my ring back to replace the diamond I was upset and didn't want to send it off but mrs Bryant told me they can fit it and solder it together so it wouldn't happen again my engagement ring was rubbing my band cause the diamond to come out I was so happy but I was also leaving back to Georgia the next day so I didn't think I could get it done the store manager Mariah told me she would have it done by 11 around the time I was heading back home the next day to my surprise at 10:55 it was done I was so happy...

My 90 year old Aunt lives a few short miles from Zales in Sevierville, Tn. We took her to have a battery put in her nice watch from them. The jeweler was out that day, about 10 days or so ago.

From out of town, I called and spoke with the manager Cathy, she said she would be glad to go to my Aunt's home, which is in a retirement village there, and she has no car now, just a scooter.

Cathy picked up her watch and took it to the store and returned it 2 days later, with a new battery in it, there WAS NO CHARGE, PERIOD!!! It does not get any better than this folks!!!!! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Tami was phenomenal to work with.

She listened to what I wanted in terms of a wedding set. I’ve been married for over 30 years and have had to have hand me down, traditional sets. I was shopping for a set that was a combination of me and my husband and was my style.

Tami listened to what my dream set would look like; my favorite metals, ornamentations, etc. and went to work. She worked through a multitude of mixed options until we had the perfect combination.

My perfect wedding set is mixed metal, stacked, ornate, without being in my way or ostentatious. As important, Tami and I were able to make the combination fit with my husband’s traditional set.

It has been almost 2 months and I am still not tired of looking at this beautiful arrangement.
