They were more than happy to share recommendations, and I’m so glad I took their advice! I opted for the Gatlinburg Roll, and let me tell you—it’s a superstar! This sushi roll is incredibly popular for a reason; it hit a home run with its vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, easily ranking among the best specialty sushi rolls I’ve ever had.

I was so excited to find a quick order hibachi restaurant near our hotel. I ordered the Hibachi teriyaki chicken, steak, and shrimp, a side of noodles, and a side or fried rice. As the lady handed me my order, I asked her if I could please get some soy sauce. She said that she included some already. I thanked her and left. When I arrived at my hotel I found my food with no teriyaki sauce (even though the menu said it comes with your choice of sauce), only 2 packets of soy sauce for 2 large containers of food, and a mayonnaise based sauce. I should have checked for the teriyaki sauce, but I felt the large sauce container on top of the boxes and assumed it was the sauce I ordered. I’m sorry, but 2 small packets of soy sauce is not nearly enough for the amount of food I ordered. Without the sauce the food hardly had any flavor at all, and the “soba noodles” tasted like spaghetti noodles with nothing on them. Maybe the food tastes good with the correct sauce on it, but I wouldn’t know. So bummed I spent $30 for what I received. If you order from here make sure you double check all your sauces before you leave and have them visibly hand you packets...

Great Gluten Free Experience! I have to eat Gluten Free and they can make any hibachi entree GF. Sometimes I am afraid that my GF food will be bland or even flavorless but not here! Food was delicious, had no problems with cross contamination, staff was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable about GF issues. So happy to find GF Japanese food that tastes great! Steak was done exactly how I asked, mushrooms were great, carrots were soft and very sweet - perfect for my tastes. Wife had steak and shrimp, hers was perfect too and shrimp were not over cooked, which can be tricky with hibachi - she loved it. Would love to try the teriyaki, but staff knew to steer me away because of the gluten in the sauce - looked amazing at another table! Prices are good for the area, dining room was very clean, staff are constantly cleaning tables and keeping things very nice. Seriously, not one negative about the experience. Closed on Sunday’s, which is nice to let their staff have time with their families....
