Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in Pigeon Forge

The store was very nice clean and organized, every employee there was very helpful and polite, but my mother, grandmother, aunt, and I all got hounded by them as soon as we walked in. I can understand introducing yourself and offering help, but for each employee to watch us like hawks and pretty much hound us to buy a purse and matching wallet was a little ridiculous. We were in TN on vacation and didn't have much money to spend, but my mother and I both were debating on a new purse from there. After being hounded for so long and feeling like we had to buy something we ended up leaving. I ended up buying a Michael Kors purse at TJ Max for about $200 cheaper than at the actual store. The exact same purse I was eyeing at Michael Kors that cost $300 was $175 at TJ Max and it is indeed a legit Michael Kors and not a knock off. I rate this store 3 stars just for the overall upkeep and look of the store along with the employees helpfulness and kindness, but they can back off a bit and not hound people as soon as they walk in. Just introduce yourself, offer help, tips, and advice, just don't be up in someone's business the whole time they are...

My husband and I only come here to purchase my purses! I refuse to go anywhere else. My husband and I came to pigeon forge a couple weeks ago to celebrate our twin’s birthday which is on valentine’s day. We came by the store and I made a purchase. I got one of the new purses out a couple days ago a noticed something wasn't right with the purse. You wouldn't have noticed it in the store either. (I have never had an issue with anything here.) I contacted the Michael Kors store and spoke with Thomas. I sent him the pictures of what was wrong. He was absolutely amazing and said he would let a manger know as well. They got everything taken care and replaced the purse. I do not even live near pigeon forge and they made this such a smooth process!! They were so friendly and went above and beyond what any another store I have been in has done when I have needed to exchange something. This will be my forever purse store and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you to all the ladies who are very friendly as well every time I have went into this store. I was in the outlet store in seiverville-tanger outlet, TN on sunday to get a mothers day gift for my self. I looked around was finally greeted with a hello welcome to MK. I found the bag I wanted just not my color. I asked a person that worked there if they might happen to have this particular bag but in a different color. he quickly said no and walked off. I would have thought he might have asked if he could order and have it sent to me or something but no nothing like that happened. So my husband and I quickly left after that and went to another store. I am very dissatisfied with this trip to the store. Any other time I would have been asked can we order it for you and have it shipped. Nope nothing. Most of the staff that day was too busy talking about personal things and standing around then helping customers. If I could give no stars for this to post I would....
