Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Sevierville

Disrespectful to Indian/Asian! The customer service was awful! I was on the Queue for long time & had no complaints on this, as I understand after-covid, all are suffering from shortage of stuffs (though there were bunch of fellows to take orders). But when I approached to the counter, the first person passed me to the other girl to take orders. I had six different orders for six of us. The girl tried to stay focused & were executing the orders one by one & that was taking long. Then the guy came out who passed to me this girl & was showing impatience as I was waiting for my stuffs to be ready. He was gesturing the next customer on line & showing me as if I am making him delay to take the next customer's order. His eyes were full of disrespect & agony to have an ASIAN Customer like me in the store. I told him, if you want you can take the next customer because I had to take 6 different ice creams for 6 people & it might take a while. But the guy looked at me as if I had asked for his kidney & his facial expression was so disgraceful that I thought it was a crime to be an Indian-Asian.

Smokey Mountain is one of my favorite places. That was my 3rd visit from New York & this kind of RACISM is shocking from a reputed ice-cream company like...

I was apart of a group of 10 who entered this establishment. Looking for a cool way to beat the heat. There's no better way then with ice cream. So we thought upon entering. That surly changed fast. As we where gathering our thoughts we were urged to hurry up by the looks of impatience. As the children where ordering the guy taking the order was blowing long deep breaths. A couple people decided they know longer wanted anything. None the less the rest of us did until he stated they where only excepting card payment. Now don't you think you should have had a sign posted or at least made that announcement before we order. They where a tad bit unpleasant. We where first timers on vacation so im just going to blame the unpleasantness...

I love your ice cream. On July 26, 2025 I visited your store on 1645 Parkway Suite 1440 in Sevierville, TN and ordered my favorite Chunky Monkey, 3 scoops in a waffle cone and saw the Caucasian girl with red hair and a little heavy set put a half scoop as the 3rd scoop on my cone. When I mentioned it to her she claims that the ice cream was soft and she didn't want it sliding off. Well, with the price I paid for three individual cones I think she should have given me my monies worth, and gave me 3 full scopes. Also, there was another flavor that was in the middle because the scooper wasn't properly cleaned. See...
