My family went on the August 3rd Seward whale watching. It was amazing! We had Captain Glenn who showed us glaciers calving, sea lions, seals, orcas, whales, and porpoises! We saw EVERYTHING! We had unbelievably good weather, but even the captain and crew seemed disbelieving about how lucky we were. 10/10 you have to book this tour. I’ve lived in Alaska for 30 years and these views and experiences are unmatched. Thank you to all the staff and crew (even the desk agents who held our bags while we cruised). This trip was truly special 🤗

Great tour with a very knowledgeable crew and fun captain. It was pretty bad weather and the captain really tried to get us further out, but when people started throwing up I think it was time to go back. I would definitely do a cruise with this place again. They were just so friendly and professional and because the cruise was cut short, before we even got back in port, they had refunded us a portion of each ticket price. Now that's the way to do business.

Amazing amazing tour. We saw humpback whales so close, you could see the bumps on their backs. Got so close to sea lions we could see them pushing each other around. Puffins and a lot of other local birds...and not to mention glaciers!!! The captain and crew are amazing!! We learned so much and enjoyed this team's efforts truly. Highly recommend and will revisit myself.

We booked the 6-hour Kenai Fjords National Park tour, which was scheduled to depart just minutes after our train was scheduled to arrive from Anchorage. At first we were concerned about whether we would be able to make it if the train was late. However, a representative from Major Marine Tours convinced us that this tour is intended for guests arriving by train. So we booked it – and were not disappointed. The Major Marine Tours team took care of our luggage (we stayed at the Harbor 360 Hotel) and the ship was just ready to leave for us. Captain Nicole and her team did an excellent job on the ship. Not only did they sail us safely through sometimes rough water, Captain Nicole also spotted a wide variety of animals. We saw various whales, seals, sea lions, otters and even a black bear and a mountain goat. Overall, for us it was definitely a successful tour that was...

Absolutely can't say enough about how great this 6 hour cruise was!! The crew was extremely professional. The boat was very fast, comfortable and well maintained. Great bathrooms compared to other boats and plenty of them. But the real topper was that we saw two pods of humpback whales come together and do the circle of bubbles feeding process!! Maybe 30 to 40 whales. We were in awe! Saw the glacier calve, humpbacks came right under the boat, Orca families and tons of other wildlife. Even though the day was gray, the sun came out at the glacier!!! Food was great and they served glacier ice drinks at the end! They picked up an ice berg to...

Our tour was cancelled due to weather and we weren’t informed of it. I get that they can’t help that but we got to Seward not knowing our tour was cancelled and then the directions on our ticket sent us to fourth street location and there is a note on that building saying to go to the 360 hotel. Apparently they haven’t operated out of that location for “some time”. During this time they weren’t able to update the instructions on the pdf tickets? What the heck? So after trying to find a spot to park by the fourth st location, we were told to walk in the pouring rain to the hotel to find out our tour was cancelled. If I could give zero...
