The “please reach out” is a facade for google. I’ve been in contact with the Dean to the business AND Financial DIRECTORS and no one is of help. These people are intentionally withholding stipend funds in over 2,000$ and no one thought to reach out, meet with me while I’m there or anything to figure out the issue. They’re hogging me over 950$ A MONTH for the whole 2 years and once I did the breakdown— by previous and current semesters are completely paid in full. Why would I have extra stipend funds if not? This is literally a scam and it sucks because I really enjoyed my classmates. The admission department is very helpful and welcoming!! They’re the only ones who made me feel like I made the right choice. After threatening me that I won’t be able to receive any of my extra funds I have to pay back to FASFA and no one reaching out besides ignoring my emails I am very discouraged and overall unsatisfied. I’ve asked the DEAN with help of transferring to another school for over 2 MONTHS— No response at all. I’ve asked financial AND business director of break down of cost— the only response is “financial aid said you will not get any more stipend so how would you like to proceed with payment”. — Reminder, my semesters are completely paid for I’m assuming they want me to pay in advance which should’ve been discussed and should not be a reason to hold funds. not to mention— out Bio teacher switched our MIDTERM within minutes before starting the test from a book that’s not in our syllabus and that we do not have access to. Also put 0’s on a few of our assignments causing our grade to drop— we all mentioned it and now it’s going on a month and nothings fixed or no one care to acknowledge it.
A simple gesture will go a long way as someone being professional enough to reach out and see how we can handle this matter. AND i have screenshots of emails stating they are withholding the funds as well as all money paid I can post in the comments. It really sucks paying out of pocket, going to school full time just to get scammed and have to. Look for another school because they obviously don’t care. Please be AWARE!! Life is challenging enough and with school you have to cut out work etc. so if just be mindful when signing over to a school that truly only cares about money.

Read moreWorst experience at fortis ever. Initially I visited the school to learn about the nursing program while visiting with a advisor she persuaded me to take the entrance test after passing she advised me to start and that they had classes next month. I informed her that I wasn’t ready but she persuaded me that the school had tons of resources and help on campus that would be able to help me with my personal life and persuaded me even more to start I ended up starting then fell behind because apparently someone had the same name as me and I was not able to log into my online classes which made me fall behind on work I instantly started to struggle because then I was playing catch-up .I visited my advisor in the middle of the semester telling her that I wasn’t going to be able to finish she told me to finish the semester then I would be able to take a break after I finished the semester they automatically enrolled me into the next classes after I told my advisor that I would not be able to start next semester she was no help at all I do not even know why they advised me to talk to her.I ended up being dropped from the nursing program because like I said I could not start the semester after having them already enroll me.if I would have known that was the case and I would’ve just stopped going in the middle of the semester I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreFor HVAC DO NOT GO HERE!!! This school is $10,000 MORE than any other HVAC schools nearby. I went here for 11 months, in that time we have had the entire administration fired two times and replaced, and we had 3 teachers quit and two fired.(There's only 5 HVAC teachers total...). There's been serval days where we had no teacher, and the Dean of the school had to "babysit" us for the day. People after 11 months didn't even know what a TXV is, a Condenser, or even how to wire in a thermostat. Their classes are so disorganized we had people 2 months into school taking their EPA and NATE test. I'm not even joking. It's wild. $10,000 more for absolutely nothing. I cannot stress this enough that if you go here, you will regret it. I'm not lying, or joking. Please save yourself and your money and go to another school...
