★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★★★ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience A few weeks ago, after a long and grueling morning at work, I needed something fast and satisfying for lunch. Fortunately, the nearest Taco Bell was just a few minutes away, so I ordered their tempting MEAL FOR 2 online through their website. For just $8.12, I was promised a customizable 8 item meal, which seemed like an excellent value. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was pleased to find it practically empty, with no other customers in sight. After collecting my order, which had already been prepared by the efficient and diligent staff, I couldn't help but admire the tasteful and immaculate decor that adorned the walls and glass panels. The cozy ambiance, created by the contrast between the dark ceiling and bright walls, made it the perfect place to unwind and indulge. My order arrived in a charming paper bag with colorful prints, and included two Crunchwrap Supreme® with fresco, seasoned beef, tomato, and lettuce; two Bean Burritos with fresco, bean, red sauce, and onion; two Soft Tacos with fresco, seasoned beef, tomato, and lettuce; and two crunchy portions of chips. Each item was individually wrapped for convenience. I started with the chips; they tasted like classic fried corn chips, a satisfying and necessary start to my meal. Next, I eagerly unwrapped the Bean Burrito, which immediately caught my eye with its thick and flavorful tortilla. The beans had a delightful consistency, almost like a paste, and had a sweet taste that was perfectly balanced by the savory red sauce and onions. To me, the Bean Burrito felt more like a playful dessert than a savory dish. Then I tackled the Crunchwrap Supreme®, which was a bit tricky to open but well worth the effort. The filling consisted of three layers: fresco, seasoned beef, and a thin layer of something savory that resembled fried egg. The flavors and textures worked in perfect harmony. The tortilla wrap served as the perfect vehicle to deliver this delicious combination to my taste buds. Even without sauce, the Crunchwrap Supreme® was impressively savory and addictive, and I found myself wishing that I had ordered more. Last but certainly not least, I tried the Soft Taco, a simple yet satisfying beef taco that was incredibly filling. Although the portions were slightly smaller than the pictures shown in the menu, the MEAL FOR 2 was still an excellent value for the price. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick and scrumptious meal. The MEAL FOR 2 is a fantastic deal that allows you to sample a variety of tasty offerings, and the efficient and friendly staff at this location made the experience even more enjoyable.

I do not recommend this Taco bell Every time I stop there I get tacos or burritos with barley any filling in them . I ask where is the cheese they literally put just a few strands of cheese in anything that comes out of the drive through. I order three Doritos taco supreme no lettuce and 2 side of guacamole. I paid $11.37 for that without any drink. The guacamole cups were half empty at .75 cents a tiny cup . The portions in meat and cheese especially the cheese just not acceptable for what this stuff cost I took pictures of the taco All three tacos where the same less than half way filled. I won’t be going back here or if I find this with any other Taco Bell’s I will just boycott them all together. I work hard for my money to just waste it on this sad food The cheese was just a tiny severing with just several strands, barely there I can’t even tell it has cheese in it by taste I had to look . Just sad how awful this all is

One of the scariest Bell's I've been to. 2 employees. No silverware. 2 elderly people ordered taco salads. They told them to eat with your hands. Food preparer threw papers, bags, whatever got in their way on the floor. People were asked to use the kiosk, couldn't help them. I used mobile order, it took 30 plus minutes to get my food. I felt bad for the only 2 employees working. 1 running the window. 1 preparing food. He did a good job preparing, but was overwhelmed. The owner should not be able to have a franchise and run a bell like this. Is there a manager? I seriously doubt that. This gets my: OMG!!! There are better places to eat than being in this kind of environment!!! Avoid this place if you value your well being!!!

This is probably the worst taco Bell I've ever been too and I'm from Covington. I really thought Covington Taco Bell was the worst Taco Bell to ever exist, but I have literally never gotten good food from this location. Tonight takes the cake, I gave it one more chance to have my business it was a mistake. I got a twelve pack of soft tacos and was so stoked I got home (I live less than 2 minutes away) opened er up and took out one of the tacos. This particular taco disappointed me greatly, the top was so hard I could break it. I sighed a sigh oh f#*+ agaaaaainnn and opened a few more to check their freshness, of course all of these tacos were hard and old, every, single, one. So of course I was a little upset and decided to drive back down there and show them what I paid 14 dollars for since it's so close to me. I explained my dilemma to the manager told him how they were old and crunchy even though soft tacos aren't supposed to be and he said it's impossible they were fresh off of the line and the only reason they would be old is because I ordered them 20 minutes prior. He refused to even look at the tacos, I tried to show him what I was talking about and he simply refused insinuating that I was lying. (Why would I lie?!?!?! The evidence was right in front of him!) He said he couldn't make me a new 12 pack of tacos and he would just have to refund my money. He then took the tacos and put them back on the line he didn't throw them out he put them back where they could be used. I touched and prodded at every single one of those tacos. He gave me my money back and I went to the taco Bell on Lebanon Rd where I receive wonderful tacos! Warm, soft and oh so delicious. P.S They didn't give me a single napkin with my taco box! 12 tacos 0 napkins!...

I like this place as it’s close to work and usually very quick service. I stopped on my way home to pick up a $15 gift card so I thought I might as well grab food for the family since I was there. The lady taking my order said she would have the manager ring up the gift card order separately after my food order. No big deal. I watched her inform the manager and he came up from the food prep area by saying “Hi Buddy” (do I look like a golden retriever?) and they can’t do any gift card orders today. What?? No explanation like our machine is t working or we placed too many orders today. If I knew that I wouldn’t have ordered the food. Oh well. To top it off, the side order of breadsticks were the absolute worst I have had from there. They were skinny and rock hard so probably very old. They should never have made it out. Too bad I didn’t order a salad because I could have grabbed a mallet and crushed them up to make croutons. I gave three stars because I do enjoy eating there from time to time and rarely see the same people working there the next time I visit. There are other reviews referencing this as sometimes they get the order correct and the food comes out great. Other times people are rude and food is subpar. I try to take it all with a grain of salt. But if they continue referencing customers as pet names I probably won’t...
