Tokyo Sushi and Hibachi Grill — Restaurant in Sharonville

I wish there was an option for Negative stars!! This place is a joke! I order a hibachi chicken and a hibachi vegetable order with fried rice instead of white on both. The food was out in less than 10 min which was odd. She older lady did indeed show me what was inside the boxes which appeared to be what I ordered. Both orders came with soup and salad. When I got home to actually taste the food I could tell it was not cooked on a hibachi grill at all.. only the chicken the veggies were steamed and the rice was not cooked on the grill. I immediately called around 940 spoke with a younger lady that advised to drink the food back and I would be refunded. I told her the food had been mixed up and sauce was added to my liking but I had only had a few bites. She said it was fine I would be refunded based on what I had eaten.. I was fine with that since I knew it was all there. Being that they were already closed I returned all the food the next day. The older lady that took the order the day before was very rude and irate causing me to eventually become the same.. The younger lady admitted that she in fact did talk to me and told me that when doing take out it does not taste the same because it is not cooked the same and refunded my money.. First let me say the food was good! So that's the reason for the 2 stars. The customer service is horrible! I will never patronize this establishment again. I made a reservation for 30 people celebrating 2 family members birthday. In making the reservation I ask could they accommodate 30 people at original time I wanted which was 6:30pm. I was told no, either 4pm or 8pm they could. So after consideration I took the 4. When I arrived I then found out we all weren't sitting together, part of the group was downstairs the other upstairs with a dividing wall so we had no contact with the others. I asked why wasn't this told to me when I made reservation, because I've never been here before. They were very nasty, then told me I could go somewhere else. If the rest of my party wasn't on there way I would of. Then I asked the server for a bottle of Moscato on the menu clearly states a bottle or a glass. She acted like I had committed a crime. She said a bottle, guess because we were black maybe she thought I couldn't afford it. I was very offended to say the least. Then about 6ish they came to me and told us we had to leave, because they had other people that needed to sit there! WTH We spent I know over $2,00.00 in this establishment to be treat like this. ...

When we looked at the place online it seemed promising, the reviews were good, ETC. When the server came to get are orders every thing one person said they thought everyone in the group wanted. When the chef came he did not speak any English causing a large language barrier. When he was doing “tricks” with his utensils he constantly dropped them ( I had not problem with him dropping them ) I however had a problem when I said “ I don’t want any vegetables”. When he started cooking he put way too many onions and other vegetables ( I didn’t want and said I didn’t want ). When he was cooking the rice he did not put near enough eggs ,sauce or butter. When he went to cook the steak and chicken he did not put enough sauce and put way to much butter and salt. He did not clean the grill before or after he cooked and never cleaned the char off the grill after he cooked the rice and made the steak and chicken tased very burnt as well. After driving 3 hours to go to Ikea and wanting something good to eat I can confidently say do not go here it’s not worth the $25-$30 you...
