From the moment they answered the phone until they delivered, Buddy’s Home Furnishing in Smithfield VA went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% completely satisfied. Tonya specifically is dedicated, professional, compassionate, and efficient! She made sure I found a couch I liked and my couch got delivered within less than 24 hours, even if that meant coming in on her day off. Previously, I had called 4 furniture stores and I quote their response “Ma’am, you’re not the only one we are helping. You’re going to have to be patient and wait.” After being promised a call back and hearing nothing back after hours. That is not the case at Buddy’s in Smithfield! Tonya had the whole process done and on the way with my new beautiful couch and loveseat by the time the other place called me back the next day. Don’t waste your time and energy anywhere else. Just come here if you want to be treated with respect and receive the best product!

First and foremost i can 10/10 recommend Buddy's for their Superb customer service and amazing staff! Mrs. Tonya and Mr. Marvin were very attentive and helpful. Myself being the "I have to look at everything 2x before I can make a decision" type of person they were very patient and answered every question I had and were more than happy to do so. They made me feel like family vs the next "transaction ". I would give them 10 stars if I could! Then I got to gloriously walk out with my brand new PS5! WOoh WhooH!! Thank you Mrs. Tonya...

I has always had a great experience with Buddy's when I shop there. That's why I'm a repeat shopper for many years, with a few name changes and location changes as well. The staff your company has employed are very nice and mindful to the customers 😊 They listen to what we want or need and they respond in a timely manner.
