Andrea is a stylist at this salon and she is nothing short of an angel on this earth. Every time she does my hair, it is the best it has ever looked! Beyond always making me feel my best, Andrea went above and beyond to save my hair for my wedding. I had booked another stylist about 7 months in advance to the wedding date. The other stylist did her own thing and added color that I specifically had said any color except that one. She then stopped responding and I had to let her go with just 3 weeks before the wedding. I desperately reached out to Andrea and she saved the day! She booked me for cut/color and gave me recommendations for stylists. On day of our appointment, there was a small catastrophe in the salon, and other stylists closed for the day, but not Andrea. She stayed after to ensure that my hair was radiant. She literally transformed it! And thank God because the wedding day was so windy that the style didn’t hold and my hair still looked fabulous. Side note, on top of being a true artist and great work ethic, Andrea is simply just an amazing person-she is always wonderful to be around!...

What a wonderful vibe! I went to Salon by the Cove for the first time today. Ana Galvin has recently joined the salon; Ana has been taking great care of me for years, at her previous location. She always does an excellent job with my fine, wispy hair. At Salon by the Cove, Ana is truly in her element. Relaxed, comfortable and with an ocean view out the west-facing windows, I immediately felt myself unwind and decompress. So much better than stuffy, pretentious Carmel Valley salons!

Ana's willingness to work with me, experiment a little, and have a little fun with an old guy's hair is unsurpassed. I can't wait...

Took a very close friend here to have a color correction. Her hair had started to break off as the result of some very poorly done color jobs .I refused to let her continue with her present colorist and instead brought her here to Carroll.She has done the most amazing job.Two visits later and almost all of the brassiness has come out of it.My friend needless to say is thrilled with her new look and stylist!
