This ramen was alright. The broths (we got black garlic and tonkotsu) were flavorful. I did not love the mushrooms, which were very sweet. I think if there were fewer mushrooms it would be better. It sucks you only get one piece of pork belly per bowl, and the meat was dry. The eggs were a bit overcooked and I wish they were marinated, but oh well. The taro bubble tea had great flavor, it was just super sweet at full sugar, so I'd recommend less. The jasmine green milk tea was not sweet at all so my boyfriend who dislikes sweet drinks really liked it. The service was extremely fast and our server was nice. Overall, I have cooked better ramen at home myself so I wouldn't pay to go here again, but it was decent. I also wish they'd put prices on the menus so I wouldn't have to pull out my phone to check the prices.

Delicious Ramen was not something I was expected to find in the foothills! I recently moved up from the Central Valley and have been exploring the different restaurants in the area. I ordered the gyoza appetizer and my party had 3 different bowls of ramen. The black garlic oil was delicious. The pork belly was thick cut, so that may be divisive. The tonkotsu was delicious and creamier than I was expecting. Very velvety. The spicy sesame was a pleasant surprising balance of heat and savory. If you’re in the area and want a bowl of soup to warm you from the snow, try this place out.

I don't know if this is authentic or not but I really enjoyed the spicy miso ramen (I had chicken in mine) there was just enough heat (for me) to make my nose run, the flavour of the whole dish was spicy and sweet and the noodles were soft and creamy; server was great too. The ordering process was a bit different, as we had never been there before but next time we shall know what to do - they give you a qr code to scan, which takes you to their website which has all the prices on and then you have a tick sheet, which you hand to the server.

I didnt make a post about it before because i thought it was a one time thing, i gave almost a year to give this place another chance just to be called and told they would not serve me because i got food poisoning from their restaurant and i called to tell them i did, to let them know, and they told me they were sorry and to call in to order from now on. Well tried ordering today and as we were about to leave i received a phone call of them cancelling my order and telling me they take food poisoning very seriously here which is why they will no longer be serving me. Just doesnt really make sense but ok. They did refund me but we never diacussed me never ordering from there again, me and my husband both got food poisoning i would never lie about this it is a serious thing which is why i brought it to the restaurants attention in the first place. clearly nothing has changed nor were they gonna change anything to begin with which is why they fired me as a client. Your waitress even said that another client complained about the mushrooms tasting funky and agreed that it could be that. Be Better. Be...

I use to love this place when it was on the corner it was small it was awesome and the food was absolutely incredible... Unfortunately like many restaurants in the foothills it is average. Sadly a lot of the passion for food doesn't last in the foothills and this is no exception. Pork belly was cold & thick was almost inedible to some degree. The broth was fantastic. Not as spicy as it used to be which really is a bummer. The egg was not soaked in soy which takes away from the umami. The noodles were delicious. So the noodles and the broth are phenomenal which makes great ramen. It's the other ingredients that are lacking in my opinion. Can of soda cost $2.50 so at the end of the day three bowls of ramen and one order of gyoza one extra order of noodles two cans of...
