Day-O-Espresso and Smoothies — Restaurant in Sonora

This establishment is the most unprofessional and dissatisfying place I've ever walked into. Today we were in there and were kind of in a hurry to get back to work, so we figure out our order and start saying what we would like to the girl behind the counter. In which she replies "I don't work here". And then the girl who was working there at the time didn't even make eye contact with us, and didn't acknowledge our existance. No has take our order and we were there all of 3-4 minutes. Then the girls friend asked her for a drink and she starts making that instead of taking our order. It was not busy, it isn't hard, and most of the time when you have a job you get paid to be good at it, not turn customers away. So we left, no explanation, no coffee, and absolutely the worst service I've ever seen. I'll never set foot in one of these establishments again, and I hope to never...

There were 4 of use in the car. First time to Day-O-Epress. We we're pleasantly greeted at the drive-thru window. We took turns giving our personal orders, each beverage was different with add-ons or take-ways with each order. We looked at each other after after the girl had taken our orders..." Did anyone see her right this down?" Any how, a few minutes latter, she comes back with our drinks and rattled off what each was...and she was spot in!😁

The drinks were great by the way! Heard a lot of slurpping as everyone was trying to get the last bit from the bottom of...

Holding a star.. .. got some free ones and might not even cash in. Great coffee, just saying that specifics matter. I already gave up my previous order that worked for nearly a decade. Not sure if it's because I'm not in your cool club or because I forgot how to speak English. A little more attention would help.. maybe we'll get a Starbucks by the new Oreilly... I wouldn't bother with this if a simple mocha, like I've rescinded to.. but to completely botch a mocha-frappe iced for my daughter today... I tasted it.. what's...
