This review is for the new South Windsor WF. Is it my imagination or are the prices in this location even higher than Glastonbury. One of the reasons I gave 2 stars was because you cannot get a cup of hot coffee at this location, was told they did not want to be in completion with other establishments that were here first. Second reason is because I arrived there at 11:30 to get a hot lunch. Over half the Chaffee dishes were empty of hot food. Especially all the hot Indian dishes. Why is all the romaine lettuce rusty? Come on guys, we are paying top dollar and expect fresh food! Also, why does this store have 7 foot shelves where I need to get an employee to help me reach items! This is both in the fridge section and aisles! I wish they had built the store with the same layout as Glastonbury with salad and hot food near the entrance so you could get in and out there but no it’s a bigger replica of the West Hartford store!
