Mark, Terry, Havanna and Eddie all made our purchase experience amazing. We were treated by everyone at the dealership as though we were purchasing the most expensive RV on the lot, rather than a very small travel trailer. We drove for 3 hours because they had a good deal on exactly what we wanted. From the moment we walked in the door, through meeting Terry the sales rep, Eddie the person who did the demo on all the features, Havanna who handled the money end and Mark the owner, every person was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. We highly recommend Southaven RV and Marine for your RV needs.

We had such a wonderful experience buying our new camper from Southaven RV. Chris was our sales guy and he dealt with every question and back and forth decision we had. Valerie in the finance office was so easy to work with and made the paperwork super easy. The whole staff was so nice and personable. They are definitely the kind of people you WANT to do business with. We had such a fantastic experience and hope to have more opportunities with them in the future 😁

Southaven RV was an awesome experience. Mike our salesman made our purchase of our Airstream seamless. Everyone from the sale to the financing to the guys in the shop was helpful and easy to work with. They explained the entire process as we went and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left with our new camper. Thank you so much for everything. I can’t wait to take out and enjoy our first trip.

Wow! We have never received service like this Before! Read This, Really! First I must say we live in Washington state 2,200 miles from Southaven RV. We have owned 14 Motor Homes over many years. Our most recent experience blew the rest right out of the water! From my first contact with Chris Hixon (our Salesman), Larry Riggs (the General Sales Manager) to Patrick Davis, the outstanding Technician assigned to us after the sale for working out the bugs in our unit! Well let me start with Chris our salesman, he was Great! Not pushy but not dismissive either! Thanks Chris

Ok, my second contact, Larry Riggs, the General Sales Manager. As my interest in this unit grew I had many questions about how to handle a cross country internet purchase, I also had to make sure it would fit in my garage. I have to say Larry jumped right in on getting me measurements on height and wheel base so I could determine if this 45 foot diesel pusher would fit in the garage. Larry gave me a straight up price on the new unit, a trade appraisal on my 2019 Tiffin Allegro bus (it surprised me!) which was by my experience very fair. All this over the phone which is unbelievable. He worked with me to my satisfaction to overcome all my concerns about what I would get when, or if, I purchased this Unit. The most important being working out any bugs/ issues with the coach before the 2,200 mile trip back to Washington State. We left Washington and headed out for the 2,200 mile trip to look at the coach and to see some sights along the way. A vacation of sorts. In the back of my mind I'm thinking what most people would think, is this for real?... Are these guys going to do what they said they would? Everything is Great so far. When we arrived at Southaven RV everyone was right on top of it. We looked the coach over (I'd like to mention it was ready as promised). It was Perfect, with a few clean up details being completed. They even Waxed it. I didn't want to drive it back unless it was. I test drove it and at that point my wife and I decided to complete the purchase on the Motor Home of our dreams. After the purchase they accommodated us with an area to transfer our belongings from our old unit to the new one checking on us and offering any help we requested. We are Owners now, documents signed commissions paid and, in my experience, where things can turn to a negative. But Wait! They had referred us to a campground right behind the dealership. We made arrangements to stay a few days there just to make sure we could carry on our trip and make the 2,200 mile trek back to Washington. During that time I figured I could try to get the issues I may find repaired. All new RV's have issues, I call them bugs! Sure enough there were a few Bugs in our new Motor Home. Oh Boy! In Comes Patrick Davis. A very personable and competent service Technician. The Coach had some TV Satellite, wiring, leveling system problems so I called the dealership expecting that they would get to me when they could. They were great! Patrick was great! Patrick worked hard on every issue that popped up, addressed them quickly, efficiently and anything that needed factory intervention was addressed immediately by Patrick himself! He even made a special trip to Nashville TN (a 7+hour round trip) to get a tool that was needed to fix the leveling system. He was like our own personal Technician. He has actually followed up with us on our way home to check to see if all was well! What RV technician does that!?! Patrick Davis at Southaven RV and Marine does! We made it home and we are very much enjoying our new Motor Home. To finish off here we just want to say how grateful we are to Mark, The Owner (Thank You Mark), Chris Hixon ( Thank You Chris), Larry Riggs (Thank You Larry) and to Our Technician and new friend Patrick Davis! Thank You Southaven RV!! We'll be Back. Gary and Beverly...

The last few years I take a mental vacation by watching YouTube videos of people living the lifestyle of RV travel. And watching the videos, I always go online and try to find different floor plans and prices of some of the motorized RVs and some of the travel trailers. In all the time that I’ve watched these videos I’ve snuck a peek of an Airstream, but never seriously considered one strictly because of the price. As life would have it, my wife and I are in a situation where we needed an additional place to stay for a while and I had to make the decision to purchase a travel trailer. It’s at this point when I realized if I was going to be using my money to buy something that was close to the value of a small house that definitely was going to depreciate, I needed to ge looking for quality and resale. I began to look at the resale values of used Airstreams compared to any other travel trailer, and realize that was the only option. The next step was trying to figure out where to buy. I found Southaven RV and Marine Website by searching for Airstreams in my area. After looking for a month or so I finally zeroed in on one that I felt would serve us well. I made one phone call and spoke to the Airstream representative Mike Fink. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. We set up an appointment for us to come and look at one of their Flying Cloud units. While Mike and I were discussing the numbers, my wife wandered into a Classic 33FB. When I walked in and saw what she was looking at, I realized we had found what we were looking for. The unit was a consignment trailer and walking through it with Mike, he was quick to point out some things that were on a list he made of items he wanted to have looked at, repaired, or adjusted before they would sell it. Not having a clue of what was right or wrong that was so refreshing and gave us a real sense of peace about this purchase. It was obvious that Mike was in our court to make sure that everything in this trailer was up to Southaven RV’s standards. They wanted us to be happy and they wanted the trailer to be right. This was just before Thanksgiving so we put down a deposit and let them take the trailer in for the things he wanted to have done. We visited the trailer one time during the refresh process and were absolutely floored with all the work being done to check, double check and ordering. When it was finished, they were kind enough to even set up someone to deliver the trailer to us, at that point I did not have a vehicle that could pull it. We’ve had it now for a little over a month and could not be happier. If you are considering purchasing an Airstream or any other type travel trailer, I could not recommend Southaven RV and Marine enough. From the sales department to the service department to the finance department, every step of this process was flawless and with people that were not only friendly, but sincerely cared about...

I purchased a boat here in early March. When I came to get the boat, it was realized during the walkthrough that the fish finder did not work and the trolling motor did not work properly as well.

I came to get it again a few days later, take the boat out for the first time and the trolling motor was not fixed. Brought it back.

Picked up a few days later and they swapped out the trolling motor. Took it out for a second time and they installed the trolling motor incorrectly and also the transducer.

Brought it back again, the transducer and the trolling motor were fixed. Took it out for the fourth time and there was no power. Brought it back to my house to inspect and noticed the on board charger states there is a connection problem. I left 2 messages for the tech to call me, no call back, then I left a message with the manager 4 days later, no call back. I then told the sales rep that I heard back from no one for over a week and that I had contacted the manufacturer, Xpress and told them everything. At that point I recv calls from 3 different people at the dealership. I told them that Xpress has offered to takeover to fix the problem and that I no longer have any faith in Southaven Marine.

Xpress in Hot Springs, Arkansas then drove 3 hours to Memphis to get my boat and brought it to their facility. They then contacted me and stated that the Southaven Marine did not connect the batteries correctly, thus would not charge.

Southaven Marine then drove to Arkansas and brought my boat to Southaven and said I can pick it up. I show up and no one knows that my boat is there. Finally, I have it back. I have not taken it out again since, but hopefully everything is good.

There were other more minute challenges with the process not mentioned above, but I don’t want to write a book.

They have very poor communication, and their work is subpar to say the least. I was even told by the sales rep that I need to follow up with them daily if no one calls me back. What ?

I understand there are staffing issues these days, but you have to draw a line somewhere. If it could be screwed up, they screwed it up.

Knowing what I know now, if I wanted to get another Xpress boat, I would drive like 10 hours to a different dealership.

The amount of time I wasted, fuel, work missed, etc. is extraordinaire. I missed a lot of spring fishing opportunities to poor service as well.

I would not trust them to fix a...
