09-26-2025. Poor customer service! My sandwich was not made correctly. I made an online order and when I arrived to retrieve my order I specifically asked if double meat was added to my order that I paid extra for and added to my order. The person at the counter assured me my sandwich was made correctly like I ordered. I went home only to find out that several things were missing from my sandwich. I made a call to the store and the manger remembered making my sandwich incorrectly and stated that he would make me another sandwich at a later time of my choosing and, he would in fact leave my receipt next to the register for his employees to know what to make, when I came back in. I came in the pepperchase subway again next day 09-27-2025 to get my sandwich remade correctly. To my surprise, I was told I could only get 3 cookies for the inconvenience and not a whole sandwich like I had been promised and line the manger and I had discussed. The manger was not present at this time therefore, I asked to speak to a manager and they called him by cell phone. The manger on the phone while I’m in the subway went back on his word. The manger on the phone stated he would not be making me a new sandwich and would only agree to giving me some cookies. This to me is very poor service. Unacceptable! On top of all that, the entire time I was speaking to the manager on the phone, the workers had earbuds in their ears while making the food. The two employees making food even kept touching their ears while wearing gloves, the same gloves that they were wearing while they made the sandwiches. This store is in a prime location in the city of Southaven and needs to be investigated for cleanliness, customer service and code enforcement. I am very disgusted and unhappy about there honor, educate and ability to provide a high health standard establishment for our residents...
Read moreI made a $38.21 at Subway App on July 12, 2021 at 1:59 PM, my food was not delivered, the money left my account and Mark (From Subway Southaven) called me and he was super intolerant and said he couldn't be responsible. That I should settle this with Doordash who has my money. Did I pay Doordash to make the sandwich for me? NOOOO. Within the Subway app you can choose pick-up or delivery, so I chose delivery. However, who does the delivery for them is the Doordash (something that we as consumers do not have the knowledge and/or other option). In other words, if Doordash allowed a thief to provide a delivery service for the company, this is not my problem, this is a Subway problem, which has a partnership with them. Since I ordered the food through the Subway App and not Doordash, who has to take responsibility for what happened to me is Subway Southaven (It's not my problem what they're going to do to solve this). That's why I ask Subway… PLEASE EVALUATE BETTER WHO YOU ALLOW TO HAVE A FRANCHISE, because a person who can't solve the basics and respect the customer, throws your name...
Read moreI just now got off work later than usual, and was gonna get subway for dinner, normally I go to Hernando, MS to get subway because it’s about halfway if the commute home, because I was so late and this subway on church rd in Southaven, MS is right down road. I said I’m just gonna stop there, Guys there was 3 people in there, one was training, the young lady that was in charge and visibly pregnant, and there was this other girl being cashier at time. Guys I had 2 sandwiches made in no time, the young lady that was in charge handled it like a boss. She was training new girl and making my sandwiches are same time, the new girl was doing one of mine and the cashier started making sandwiches for call in customer’s, not only was she very very efficient, she was respectful, she made everything perfect without a glitch and when she rang me up she found that if I added a drink It world be cheaper, and saved me money that’s the very first time I’ve tipped at a subway. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but what a great experience...
