This is by far the worst place my wife and I have ever lived. DON’T MOVE HERE!!! Where do I even begin... For starters, our apartment is literally falling apart. And we’re the first to live in it. The flooring is separating throughout the whole apt and there are 1/2”+ gaps in the seems. It’s unsightly, dirt collects in them, and it’s dangerous. My wife cut her foot on one of them, our dog’s nail got caught in one and was injured. It’s absurd. Management said many tenants are having the issue, and they’re not sure when it’ll be fixed. In order to properly fix this, they’ll obviously need to pull up and replace most of the flooring, so you can imagine the amount of inconvenience this’ll cause us. Our front door is so crooked that the deadbolt doesn’t lock. It’s been “fixed” twice now but is still not right. The washer and dryer are GARBAGE! They are crazy noisy, and don’t wash well at all. This is a real fun one; The carpet tack strips at all the door seems poke up through the carpet, so you need to consciously step over it or it’ll stab and puncture your foot (like legit make you bleed. It’s great.) The refrigerator is set in a spot that the freezer door cannot fully open, so don’t expect to put anything bigger than 4-5 inches into it. The newly installed grass is so overwatered that it’s just a giant mud pit. You can’t even walk through it without getting your feet soaked. Plus it’s all dying.
Again, this is a brand new complex, and there are already all these issues. They were built quickly and cheaply, and it shows.
As for the property management; HORRIBLE. The girls in the office try their best to play the cards they’ve been dealt, and they’re really quite nice and polite, but this place is just an absolute mess. They just passed a rule that each unit is allotted ONE covered parking space. Well, the only parking spaces (with exception of like 4) anywhere near our apt are covered. This means our other vehicle needs to be parked clear across the complex. This is due to a terrible design in the complex itself. We constantly receive threatening blast emails about people’s dogs on leashes, people not picking up after their pets, not allowed to do any sort of maintenance on your vehicles (I was personally once yelled at for changing my battery. Yep, changing my battery. This is how petty this place is), etc. It’s ridiculous!
Overall for the amount of money they charge here ($1650+/mo for a 2br), it’s just insulting. Just save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to live. This place doesn’t at all feel like home, it’s not a community AT ALL, and the whole place is falling apart.
Oh, but they have a...
Read moreIf you’re thinking of renting in this complex, I recommend looking somewhere else. Ever since I’ve started living here since 2019, it’s been one thing after another and not ONE of those things were good. They handed the first floor apartment with split flooring, they took 2 YEARS to fix it and every single time we’ve asked for maintenance, the work order would “disappear” or “wasn’t submitted”. Then, our microwave went out and took 2 months to get us a new one, they “tried to fix it” and realized they couldn’t fake fixing it and had to take it away, then took forever to to bring the modern ones they have at each apartment.
Now comes the heavy stuff, the leaky ceiling that fell into the our kitchen lights that made it have a short and trip the breaker. They took 3 weeks to basically drain it and fix the light, which could basically cause AN ELECTRICAL FIRE IN THE BUILDING. That leak continued, making the ceiling on top of the door droopy and spill on the floor, they took 1 week to basically inspect it and 1 month to actually “fix the problem” (i.e. to basically patch it and not really find the problem). Again, it began to leak and it was BAD, since Father’s Day. They sent maintenance after Father’s Day, and found out that there was a leak from the apartment above us. He went above and beyond to find it, absolutely awesome dude that wouldn’t leave until he found what it was.
He found black mold in our ceiling, even coming with 2 more guys to fix the leaky roof just yesterday. BLACK MOLD THAT EVEN SHOCKED THEM, if we didn’t know that it was there, we’d probably suffer the consequences of spores spreading in the ceiling. The maintenance guys felt terrible that we basically had to be with spores in the ceiling.
I close the review with asking NOT THE MANAGER OF THIS COMPLEX, but CORPORATE OF KROMER INVESTMENTS to contact me. This is inhumane living conditions, and I highly suggest anyone to steer clear of this complex at all costs, no matter how cheap it is. This is just a taste of what I have gone through, and I have many...

I would like to highlight Brittany’s helpfulness and diligence towards creating a happy community for the residents here. After an ill-tempered review I humbly change my review as I was under the assumption there was a dedicated maintenance team on-site working. If you are having any issues with your lease or unit, please talk with Brittany as she will be more than accommodating and informative with the issues you address.

Been here less than a year and I love the layout and the location. Don’t get me wrong it is a decent place. Initially moving in there were some quality issues with the way they have maintained the apartment but nothing we couldn’t bare. Shortly upon moving in miscellaneous things have started to wear out. All of the kitchen lights are out, the lights in the fridge and freeze are strobing (luckily neither of us are epileptic), the light in the oven has gone out and the garage door works intermittently which causes a great deal of trouble when needing to go to work and you can’t get the car out. All issues have been submitted for a work orders a few months months ago all without being addressed. We will get a phone call stating this will be addressed soon but no follow up. We pay 1900 for a single bedroom with a garage to live in a place that can’t even take care of there tenants. I do not look forward to moving out as reading all the issues people have with loosing their deposits over the smallest things. Especially when we initially moved in most of the trim was hacked and patches in the drywall were visible through the paint. It makes a “higher end apartment” look like trash. They are greedy and want your high rent money but can’t afford to take care of the things that should matter to an apartment complex,...
