Went here to finally get a Mexican pizza but nope. They were out of them...how?? Isn't it two flour tortillas fried with meat, tomatoes and cheese? So we tried to order the box meal with the new cantina chicken..."we don't sell the box meal anymore and we are out of the chicken"! I said "So you don't sell the box meals at all?" He said "No". I said "It is all up on your menu screens, but you don't sell them or have the new Cantina chicken? Can you tell us what you do have?" He said tacos and burritos...this kid had absolutely no people skills. I honestly have no clue why they would hire someone to talk to customers when they can't and have no verbal skills at all. Maybe he should be in a different position. Oh and if you want the Mango freeze drink, they are out of mango as well! Lmao! Basically this Taco Bell does NOT sell anything that is on their website menu!!!
Last time we had this Taco Bell was when covid was around and only drive thru was open. The food sucked so bad...there was nothing but Lettuce in the crunch wrap, tacos were half the size and the burritos were super little, like the cheese roll. The Mexican pizza was 2 tostada shells instead of the crispy flour shells. So it was super little and gross! We said we were never going back. They brought the Mexican pizza back which is the only thing I actually really like there. Well, after this whole thing, we will never be going back to Taco Bell again...there is a lot more better Taco places nearby!!! Plus all the prices went up a lot...it's still the same cheap food, definitely not worth the money! Prices are higher...
Ā Ā Ā Read more10/21/18 im writing this the day after but here it goes. we came here after finding out the store on pyramid way was completely closed for the day. We should have taken its day closure as a warning sign because this place lost all control after we arrived. We decided to walk in because we had the time and wanted to sit down. we were the 4th to order and it took 35 minutes to receive our food. It was all as ordered so they did ok there, but the lady who ordered after us took 50 minutes to get her food. The waits were so bad that halfway through eating our meal the workers locked the lobby doors and ran the store only through the drive through. The worst part, is when asked by another waiting customer what was going on, the employee couldn't give a straight answer which pissed all the waiting customers off even more. The lobby became very verbal to say the least. Employees also didn't put any lobby closed signs so anyone walking up just got a locked door and saw a bunch of people standing inside like the place was open. Now there was a group of inflamed customers outside the lobby to boot. Taco Bell has been having non stop issues in Reno. Their presence is a disgrace and is almost bad enough to where i wish they would leave Reno and let another fast food supplier who has their stuff together move in and show them how to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter a long, hard, 15 hour shift at the local Walgreens, I decided to bet on my luck and chose Taco Bell as my dinner for the night. First, when waking into the establishment, I was greeted with a jot so nice employee. The worker looked me up and down multiple times, chewed her gum loudly with her mouth open, and rolled her eyes several times when I asked her nicely to repeat something she has said. I did not take this lightly and was very offended by her actions, especially since my family has dealt with life long problems of hearing issues. Secondly, when ordering, I specifically asked for NO cheese on my 3 Doritos locos tacos supreme combo. I made sure to check for no cheese on my order since I am extremely lactose intolerant. Lastly, when I had a finally received my food after a LONG wait, I was given slightly unwrapped, cold, food. The taco shell around the filling was also soggy, which incase you were wondering is very unpleasant. Even though I thought this couldnāt get any worse, it did. Turns out my tacos were filled with cheese anyways, and I was greeted with an unpleasant, painful, surprise on the toilet early the next morning. The closest I can describe to this pain was massive, spicy kidney stones passing through me. All in all, I will never put myself through the trauma I expierced...
