I ordered a mirror online and figured ship to store would be the fastest way, since I had seen similar mirrors in store. But was I WRONG. I ordered the mirror on April 17, a Tuesday. Then I waited and waited for an email update and finally, on April 27th I reached out to the store. They said they couldn't track the package or say when the delivery was expected, only use l that their trucks came in on Mondays. They suggested I call corporate. Corporate said that it shows that the item has been packaged. I'm sure it's always packaged so they've done absolutely nothing. Then the associate said "is common for 21 days before the item comes in" and I'm quoting my literal email that says "7-10 business days" how are they shipping things at the speed of 1852?? Anyway, would NOT order anything online with them unless you want to die of old age by the time their horse and buggy operation...
