I have always loved kohls. But the experience I had twice this week has changed that. I ordered a ring online Dec 6, 2020. It was supposed to be delivered Dec 23, 2020. Well it never arrived. I called customer service and they handled it by ordering another one. So I received it this week. It was not what I expected so I went to the store to return it. Well I got yelled at twice walking to the return department was I returning Amazon items. I said no and kept walking. Then the woman at the return department was rude to me because it took her a few minutes to find my order. Then she smarted off at me because I couldn't remember if I used kohls cash to buy the ring. She gave me kohls cash and I went and bought another ring with it. Oh and I paid the balance for the new ring with a $100 bill. The cashier had to get change from the manager. He was very unpleasant. He acted like I was a big bother. When I got home the first ring I ordered arrived. So the next day I went back to Kohls again. As I was walking in I got yelled at again about my "Amazon order". I kept walking. The same rude woman waited on me again in the return department. I explained everything to her. She then repeated what I said back to me took the ring and walked away. Did not say thank you for returning the ring. Truth be told if I was a bad person I could have kept it for free. But I'm not a thief. It will be a long time before I go back...
Read more2☆ We may have given 3 or even 4 stars but their staff is quite rude.. -/.:-( . Not one or two experiences while we were there but many.. only one employee out of 5-7 we encountered were pleasant.. Usually when I leave a report.. I always mention about the kind courteous nature of the employees -- Aahh Yeah, We didn't find that here.. :-( Furthermore, They do not show the price... Everything's on sale but they don't show the price. It's written on these little signs and you got to play mathematical calculator trying to figure out what something costs. :-/ AND / OR several of the displays don't have everything mentioned.. Then some of the displays are either out or not working... Something to that effect is why we thought it was confusing.. For example; there would be 8 or 10 items there but only two or three or maybe three or four items on the sign to explain the prices for the items... We felt we were constantly tracking somebody down to ask for a price.... In Conclusion, did I mentioned the staff was rude. We didn't feel welcome we didn't buy anything either. We went off to JCPenney and had a wonderful experience.. Now we know where to shop thank you.. No recommendations here.. try ya again in a year...

The store layout is easy to navigate, with clearly marked sections for clothing, home goods, and seasonal items. I especially love their regular sales and Kohl’s Cash promotions—it makes it easy to find great deals, especially when shopping for kids’ clothes and household essentials.
Customer service is usually friendly and helpful. During my last visit, a store associate went out of their way to help me find the right size for my daughter’s shoes, which I really appreciated. The checkout process was smooth, and the option to return Amazon items in-store is a convenient bonus.
My only reason for not giving five stars is that the fitting rooms sometimes seem a bit neglected, and restocking can be hit-or-miss—especially in high-demand sizes or styles. Also, while the app is useful, it can be a little glitchy when applying coupons or rewards.
Overall, Kohl’s is a reliable, enjoyable place to shop with a wide selection and great customer incentives. I’ll definitely keep coming back for the value and convenience it offers. Highly recommend for...
