Im trying to put it kindly but this was the worst experience i've ever had getting my hair cut. I spent 1 hour and 10 minutes in the chair to receive the most basic hair cut option they had, had multiple people trying to fix my hair, and was cut several times with a straight razor. Im writing this review because I believe this was just a fluke, but a serious one that the owner should be aware of. I was seated almost immediately with a hair dresser named Micheal. I do not believe he has a cosmetology license. He cut my hair extremely slow, every cut literally around 10 seconds. I counted because I had so much time, he did not do what I had asked for because I don't think he understood. After 50 minutes in the chair, almost nothing was cut. The other woman working there clearly had a cosmetology license and knew how to cut hair. After 50 minutes he had to bring her over where they both cut my hair at the same time, where she was then training him on how to give a haircut on me. She then cut my hair extremely fast. Micheal had barely even cut my hair after 50 minutes in the chair so essentially we had to start from square 1. She was rushing since she knew the haircut was taking so long which I appreciated, however the haircut didn't come out as good as it could've because of that. I'm sure if I had her from the beginning I would have had a great haircut, but she was making up for the lost time and mistakes of Micheal. After this she told him to razor my neck with a straight razor and she walked away. He cut my neck several times and then applied after shave which burned like crazy. I got up from my chair and my neck was bloody. I went to the front desk and had to ask the woman to please clean up the fresh blood. She then charged me $38 and I tipped $5. I'm a good sport and it is obvious Micheal has a disability or illness, and that Fathers Mustache is just trying to help him out, I understand that, I didn't want to make anything harder than it was. But this just can't continue. I can't believe I paid for an experience like that. I told the woman when checking out that this experience really made me sad, ive never had anything like this happen before- it was just so crazy and I really wish it did not happen. I just have to say that I love that you guys are supporting Micheal and helping him out, but this is not the job for him. This just can't continue.

Hayam is amazing with the kids and does a fantastic haircut! I would give 10 stars if I could! Fantastic experience! I came here as a last resort since all the "kid friendly" haircutters were all "too busy" to accommodate my son. It has been a struggle to get my kids a decent haircut and she delivered, giving my son the best haircut he has ever had. It was well worth it! She has been amazing to where the kids now look forward to getting their haircut! I highly recommend!!! A+++ service...

This place is great! I've gone all over looking for the best service for my hair and after years of searching I've found it. The location is clean, inviting, and the atmosphere is unparalleled. This is not your everyday barber, they have experience staff and great tips for maintaining your new look on your own. My service was with Tony, he's an awesome guy with a great attitude and he'll work with you to get the look you want. Can't say how pleased I am with my service. Thanks again...
