Read moreI’ve given this place more than a fair shot, and it’s consistently disappointing. The bakery items are a joke for the price, and the coffee is mediocre at best. Seriously, don’t waste your time on their frappes because they’re poorly blended every single time.
The location is bizarre. It’s tucked away next to a Mattress Firm in a parking lot that’s a pain to navigate. You can’t even walk in, you have to order through a random window with a doorbell, and the drive-thru is just as weird since it’s tucked away in the literal back of the store with no indication that it’s there. Half the time, my cups aren’t even branded with their logo.
They’re trying hard to create a vibe, but it all falls flat when you taste the coffee and deal with their staff. I’ve had two awful interactions with an unfriendly overweight young woman and another with curly hair who clearly couldn’t be bothered.
Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle of squeezing into that parking lot just to drink their subpar, if even coffee. I’d much rather make my own or hit up Starbucks down the street. The prices are similar, but at least Starbucks delivers. I’d give this place an extra star if it weren’t for those...
Read moreI tried to give this spot several chances, the first time the Tomato and Pesto sandwich was given to us still frozen, almost hurt my tooth, another time I tried the grilled cheese and I was so disappointed, it was not toasted with butter and it was just so plain and the cheese had an odd taste, another time I tried the chocolate muffin which is not a huge deal but there were just too many chocolate chips in it that it became such a mess nightmare. The hot coffees (tried Irish cream Macchiato, Honey Lavender and Mocha) are decent but nothing special out of a usual coffee shop. The very main reason for the 1 star is that, each time the wait time has averaged between 15-20 mins with me being the only customer and each time I only have 2 items. You also get asked if you want to tip which it just makes it awkward, and now you feel pressured to tip them but why if it took you 20 mins to get my 2 items ready each time there was no one in line….So unfortunately I will not be returning, I really was expecting it to be good and have a new coffee spot to go to but it just doesn’t work for me, I’ll stick to Starbucks and Donutlicious...
