“AMAZING experience.”

I walked into Zion Guru thinking it would just be a quick stop to grab rental gear, but I walked out with some of the most memorable experiences of our entire trip. Not only was the gear top-notch, but the customer service was beyond anything I expected. I even told my family that I didn’t want to leave because I wanted to keep exploring with them!

We started with e-bikes, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Skipping the shuttle lines in Zion National Park was priceless, and the e-bikes were so easy to use that even though none of us had tried them before, we felt confident right away. Our family of four (two adults and kids ages six and nine) was fully accommodated: our youngest rode in a wagon bike with my husband, my daughter had a youth-sized bike, and I had an adult bike. Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed them so much that now we’re seriously considering buying e-bikes at home.

Next, we rented gear for The Narrows — neoprene socks, boots, hiking poles, and dry bags. At the last minute, we also decided on waders after talking with the staff. Their advice was spot on. Starting early in the morning meant the water was cold, and the waders made the hike so much more comfortable. Not a single complaint from the kids -everyone stayed warm, dry, and happy, which made it one of the best family hikes we’ve ever done.

We didn’t stop there. We booked a family canyoneering adventure with Harold, one of their guides, and it exceeded every expectation. Harold was phenomenal - not only extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and encouraging with our kids. He complimented them, motivated them, and made the experience so fun that they haven’t stopped talking about it since. I only wish we had booked a full day because it was such an unforgettable adventure.

From start to finish, every person at Zion Guru was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re in Springdale, you have to reach out to Zion Guru. Ask questions, get their recommendations, and let them take care of you -it will make your trip more memorable, comfortable, and exciting than you imagined.

Thank you, Zion Guru. Our family had such a wonderful time, and we can’t wait to come back.

We had the most incredible experience with Zion Guru Tours and their extraordinary guide, Lindsey! Embarking on the Zion Narrows adventure in Zion National Park was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we set foot on the trail, Lindsey's genuine enthusiasm and great passion for the nature filled the air. Her extensive knowledge of the area, coupled with her warm and engaging personality, transformed the journey into an unforgettable exploration of Zion’s wonders.

Lindsey's expertise truly shined as she guided us through the stunning Zion Narrows. Her ability to make everyone feel comfortable and safe, regardless of their hiking experience, was truly remarkable. With every step, Lindsey shared fascinating insights about the geology, history, and ecology of the area, enriching the hike with a deeper understanding of the surroundings. Her attention to detail and personalized approach made each of us feel like a cherished member of the adventure.

Reserving a tour with Zion Guru was an absolute breeze, adding a layer of convenience that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The booking process was seamless, and the team's prompt responses to any inquiries showcased their dedication to excellent customer service. Their user-friendly website allowed us to easily select our preferred date and tour option, ensuring that we could plan our adventure with ease. The clear and transparent information provided about the tour's itinerary, equipment, and requirements gave us the confidence that we were making the right choice. This level of professionalism and accessibility made the entire journey, from booking to the actual hike, a stress-free and delightful endeavor.

Zion Guru Tours and Lindsey provided not only a breathtaking outdoor experience but also an unforgettable journey of learning and connection. If you're seeking a truly magical and educational adventure in the heart of nature, look no further than these guys. This is a must-do for anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Zion National Park in the most immersive and inspiring...

We LOVED the waterproof bibs/boots/stick package ($59) for keeping us warm and dry for hiking Narrows, add ebike for $79 (then take 10% off for bundling 2 together, and add $20 for early pick up) but my friend's bike battery BARELY MADE IT BACK, she had to pedal her brains out instead of enjoying ebike pedal assist power. Very disappointing for her first ebike experience (she's an experienced cyclist) and staff only shrugged (did you make it back? You're ok then). Shabbier crappier bikes than other outfitters and the pedal assist isn't the smoothest (totally jealous of fellow traveler's sleek ebike from Zion Peddler whose chill owner let him have it overnight without extra charge, although pricier, $100/d). Recommend getting ebike elsewhere other than Zion Guru but their water gear experience was superlative. Keegan gave great eyeball sizing and best orientation/pep talk: Have fun and don't get so focused on how far you go that you don't enjoy the magnificent scenery. Well said wise guide! I would definitely recommend not just getting the shoes and neoprene socks, that water is cold and it got up to waist/chest deep! Maybe if you go in summer that would be sufficient. Or if you don't plan on going far. We went for 6 hours in October we were grateful for our gear that was cozy and comfy. Best experience doing the Narrows with their gear but get your ebike at a dedicated bike shop (although a family said they needed a child seat so they reserved with Zion Guru). It was convenient getting the stuff all in one place though. Loved the stick holder and cargo basket. Nick and Maddy were also super friendly and helpful getting us situated on bikes and mandatory 10 minute ebike video very informative on what to expect. Other travelers we saw rented from Zion Adventurers which was a bit cheaper, $120 for same bundle and they loved the gear which did look a bit newer. But every guide book recommends Zion Guru, they do seem great on the gear side, helped make our once in a lifetime experience...
