Horrible service and vape juice!

I went here twice:

The first time, the large employee was sitting in his chair talking to a couple for 15 minutes and never even acknowledged me being in the store. I was there to spend over $100. I left and went to the BEST vape store in York - Ace of Vapes!!

The second time, the same employee was there sitting on his throne again. He was clearly pissed off about something (probably lack of business) and I asked to buy just one coil, but he refused to do it and only offered to sell me a five pack. So again, I took my business the AoV's where I buy single coils and five packs, whichever I need at the time I go.

I've tried a friend's vape juice from here and it made me sick, gave me a migraine for some reason. This place is a joke and I'm sure will soon go out of business. Ace of Vapes has very friendly and knowledgeable staff that has an inventory at least twice the size of Life Smoke.

And for God's sake, man, get off your chair and actually...

I have always found this place to be very customer friendly. My first time in I was looking for donations to be raffled off at a benefit I put together for a 5 year old boy who was in a horrific accident and lost his mom, dad, and 3 year old sister... he was the only survivor. They put a donation jar out and added another to the other store. The day of the benefit someone brought all the monetary donations to me. AWESOME friendly employees!! Everyone is very helpful there as well if you have no clue what you’re looking for or how to use any of their products. I bought a pen yesterday and unfortunately we couldn’t get it to work so I’ll be returning today when they open to see what they can do to help with this!! IMO best vape store in York County! I can get a ejuice there cheaper than from the vendor. Rick and the owner always treat myself right. You have to remember that small bus.owners have to make money or they couldn't stay open. Sure you can get anything online cheaper but if you want it right now then you have to ponny up. The new vape laws changed and they are not allowed to do or even say things like they used to people. Speak up if you don't like these new laws because if not it's going out of business. Saw alot of shops close already! I was even going to open one till i heard of the 40% tax these shops have to pay on all there inventory every month. Keep up the great customer service guys and as long as doors are open I'll be shopping there. 3 1/2 years...
