Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springfield

Quite possibly the worst Pizza Hut ever. Maybe it was just the shift working that night, but it was terrible. We ordered online and were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. We got there about 5 minutes early and were told to wait. We sat in the front area for 45 minutes. Other customers came and went, but most had to wait between 15 and 30 minutes. Another customer came in that had received the wrong delivery, and the staff argued loudly (in front of her and everyone else) about whether the order was wrong and whose fault it was. Finally, after we had been there for 45 minutes, I went to the counter and asked when our pizza would be ready. The kid looked in the warmer, said "oh here it is, we didn't know you were here" and handed me the pizza. The pizza itself tasted great, but it wasn't worth the wait and...

It'll be nice next time if the workers want to complain about there job / schedule they do it when there's no customers around . The one lady kept complaining about how she shouldn't be working ten hour days since she just got out of the hospital . Like I feel that things like that Should be talk about at another time not while I'm standing there waiting for my order . And what really cracks me up is that they got that there hiring like if someone came in there looking for work they would probably change their minds cause there hearing the workers already complaining...

We order often from Pizz hut at the same location. Tonight our pizza was so awful!, it looked like someone flattened out our pizza like so flat and ordered extra sauce and the whole pizza was dry hardly any sauce at all.. 2 of the breadsticks had nothing even on them ,completely plain and cold. The pizza was warm but sticks were cold. We didn't even eat 3/4of the food it was that bad. Needless to say Pizz Hut gets a big Fat 0 and we aren't going back for that kind of pizza anymore.
