I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received from this business, even more so because I got a great sofa that I love at a very reasonable price. BUT my awful experience started the day of delivery, I was told the sofa would be delivered between 12-1 oâclock.. well, it didnât arrive until 4:30, without any call to inform me of the late delivery. THEN I soon realized the bottom corner of my sofa was completely torn/cracked, it was not like this in the store & I did buy the couch as is but it was definitely not broken when I purchased it, so I called right away with my complaint. WELL after 3 weeks of calling (conviently for them no one was ever in the office who was able to help me) & playing phone tag with the company, I finally got in touch with someone able to take my complaint and her first comment was âwell if it was broken upon delivery you wouldnât have waited a month to callâ (extremely rude & I have phone records to prove otherwise). AND after all of that, they refused to be of any understanding or help. SO, if you want to shop here, just be prepared that it may be broken & if it is they wonât be of any help. If youâre shopping here for the decent prices, youâre better off going to Fred Meyers, Costco, or something equivalent, at least then you will know your furniture will...
   Read moreFrom start to finish the experience at M Jacobs on Gateway Loop road in Springfield OR was 5 star! Last week we drove 30 minutes to look for a new recliner, as we live in a rural community. We started at M Jacobs on Gateway Loop and boy are we glad we did! We were met by a lovely salesman named Ry who was courteous, helpful, and not pushy. He assisted us in finding the chair that fit our needs, and price. We left the store to see what other furniture stores had to offer and ended up coming back. The price, warranty, delivery fee at all 3 other stores didn't even come close to M Jacobs for similar chairs. The deliver was going to take 2 weeks but the day after our purchase I was contacted by their delivery contractor who said she could organize a delivery for the following day. When the deliver guys got there, they were very careful and got the chair set up where we wanted. There was a bit of a hiccup in the mechanics of the chair. They left it and said they would bring a new one after contacting the supplier. As it turned out the chair was fine, there was a piece between the chair and frame that caused the issue. I called Ry and explained the chair was all good and thanked him for his help! All up, M Jacobs and Ry gave a super easy experience ... THANK...
   Read moreMy husband and I purchased a couch from Daniel Sanders at Furniture Factory a little over 3 months ago. During this time, a glaring issue became obvious. Part of the set we purchased was not currently available but was on back-order. We were told it could take up to 6 weeks to receive the rest. We agreed and took the other pieces. After 6 weeks went by, we called and found that it would be 2 more weeks. After those two weeks with no word, we called again to hear the same thing. Still with no word, yet again we called. This went on for the full three months. We were not communicated with at all and kept getting misled about length of time. On the last phone call Daniel informed us that the couch was there but couldn't be delivered until the following week and that we would be contacted by the delivery people to set up a time. Guess who showed up unannounced? We were literally on our way out the door when they came. Never once were we rude or impatient so the lack of customer service was a conscious decision made on part of Furniture Factory Outlet/Daniel. All we wanted was communication, pure and simple.
