Wand’s is hands-down the best jewelry store in Springfield, MO, and that’s an understatement. They exceed expectations in all categories: selection, price, and customer service BY FAR! My fiancé and I went to about 5 jewelry stores in Springfield to determine where we would get my wedding band, to find someone to size his wedding band (without ruining his grandparents’ engraving on the inside), and to get appraisals for the jewelry we have. My wedding band was sized by them and came out perfectly, and we’re picking up his ring soon. They’re extremely timely with their services and have the best pricing for services out of all the places we went to check out. Wands is such an incredible store! My fiancé had been through a few different jewelers before finding Wands, and they were the only place that could make my dream ring to a tee. Plus, the price was better than other jewelers he had inquired with. After he proposed, I needed it resized (I had guessed my ring size wrong lol), and the people at Wands were so great to work with and got it back to me within two days :) I will be looking for our wedding bands at Wands, too!

Update: we picked up our wedding bands from Wands today and we are in love with them😍 they made the process easy and fun and they were so patient and helpful with us as we shopped for many hours to pick them out. We love Wands and will be back next time we shop for any jewelry or need repairs/cleanings!

My daughter has a very dainty necklace that was given to her a few years ago by her best friend , so, it is very special to her. Unfortunately, it had gotten some knots in it. So, I googled jewelry repair shops in Springfield and Wand’s Jewelry had so many excellent reviews I went ahead and brought it in . The gentleman that helped me (darn…I forgot his name) a tall guy with gray hair was so kind to me. He would not let me pay him for getting the knots out since he didn’t have to cut it to fix it. I of course, had every intention of paying this kind man for his time!! He just said Merry Christmas! His kindness made my day!! They have some really beautiful jewelry and the next time I am looking for a special gift for someone I will definitely be returning to Wand’s Jewelry to do...
