Hanan was very rude and acted like we were just someone who was coming in off the streets to browse, and had no money. The STORE MANAGER was also VERY RUDE and extra pushy. For someone who works in retail I understand pushing a sale, but he went overboard trying to get me to buy 3 of the same style of over the knee black boots by saying “why aren’t you getting all 3?” In a rudely manner. He also was rude when I was trying on my shoes basically trying to take the shoes away from me because he just figured i wasn’t going to buy them. He then jumped in when hanan was checking me out after she already told me about the leather protector and I said i already had some and he said “oh no you need It to protect your leather” I said yeah I understand I already have some. I returned my item because of my all over experience. And once again Hanan was very rude and pulled her phone out while running my transaction and started texting. Even when they have closed their Lexington, Kentucky store because employees didn't care about customers and would ignore you, I still ordered online from ALDO. However, ALDO is NOT a customer-centric company like Old Navy, Amazon, Apple, Sprint, etc. and it shows. My shipment is 2 days late and I demanded the $6.00 back I paid for shipping which their customer service representative denied (they will receive a complete refund from UPS for "service failure."
If they are willing to lose a customer who has spent as much money as I have for such a small amount, they are doomed in the age of Amazon. This is NOT a customer-centric company!
They need a new CEO and/or to empower their customer service representatives and customer service managers to retain customers; the loss of one customer for a valid reason is unacceptable because of the mentality it gives to other...

I called customer service just to update my email the rude guy on the phone told me he could not update my email but I can do it myself I tried explaining to him I cannot it will not let me edit my email address just my name and address I tried from my home computer and from my iPhone and it will not give me the option to edit my email address. He said he could not help me and for me to just make up another Aldo account with a new email. Mind you I made purchases that I will like to keep track of and if I make a new purchase my receipts will go to my old email address I do not want to make a new Aldo account.
