I took my daughter to this location last Saturday after booking an online appointment for an ear piercing. Mae; the young woman who did the piercing was excellent! From greeting us when we got there on a busy Saturday afternoon, to showing us the different earrings we could pick from, to piercing the 2nd hole in both of my daughter's ears to explaining the aftercare procedures, she was very professional, knowledgeable and calming. Made an appointment to have my ears pierced at 3pm yesterday. I received an email and text confirmation confirming my appointment was still at 3. Get to the store and they had to unexpectedly close. Was extremely disappointed at the unprofessionalism. They could have called/texted/emailed that it had to be canceled and I would have understood.
