My mother is 90 years old. She has Macular Degeneration as well as Charles Bonnet Syndrome. She could no longer be alone in her home due to her disabilities. We had to find a caregiver or she would need to move to an assisted living home. My mother's only dream is that she remain in her own home until she dies. We interviewed 3 in-home care services (none of which met our needs) before finding Fairfield Family Care. Fairfield Family Care is making my mother's dream a reality. We are incredibly grateful for all the outstanding care and attention my mother's received. Gary is quick to answer all of our questions both through email or phone. The caregivers are kind and understanding. Its not easy to satisfy a 90 year old woman who is very independent and proud, but Gary and his wonderful team of caregivers have done just that. I highly recommend Fairfield Family Care to everyone looking to help their elderly parents or grandparents. They are more like family...

Do not do business with this company. They put a woman -- Laura Luzardo -- in my mother's home and she swindled her out of $200,000. To make matters worse, Ms. Luzardo was already convicted of committing the same crime on another victim BEFORE she started working for Fairfield Family Care. Clearly there was no vetting going on of their employees, which is kind of what you are paying for when you use a service like this. And if anybody doubts the truth of any of what I say here, just look up Laura Luzardo's conviction record. She has just been convicted of the crime she committed against my Mom and is now spending time in the big house. It's a matter of public record.

To make matters even worse, if that's possible, Fairfield called me AFTER Laura was arrested, and asked for a small unpaid balance, and offered no restitution for the money Laura stole from us. They are scoundrels. Avoid them...
