4 stars, had asked an employee about a question on a roll around cart and a locker, she seemed incompetent and didn't bother to check on my question with possibly someone that knew the real answer. After getting ready to pay for some items, i noticed the manager was there on duty so i asked him my simple question and he answered it in a very professional manner like any employee should.
