Do NOT visit or do business with this branch. I have been disrespected and treated incredibly rudely on more than one occasion at this location, as the workers here are ignorant and falsely assumed I was an international student instead of a U.S. citizen, simply because I wear a hijab!! This happened on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS - I was asked for my I-20 form, which I do not possess since I am not an international student, instead of my U.S. passport. So many times now I have had problems with long-established accounts, then Chase phone representatives tell me to go into the branch, and the staff here are completely clueless. This seems to be simply a sales office to open accounts for students. Any other bank in Stillwater would be better...
