J. Cole — Local services in Stillwater

My daughter brought in a rain jacket to get monogrammed in October that was purchased by her aunt bid-day ((w/ coupon monogram was free w/ purchase). She went in numerous times checking to see if ready only to be told not yet; a manager would get back to her. In February on a rainy day I asked why she wasn’t wearing rain jacket; to my shock heard not ready yet. I called store & asked for manager; the young girl that answered said she was. I explained situation & her response she would check into it. No apology; no wow how can I make it right. I’ll check into it; called me two weeks later; “sorry may be another week or so”. Now three & half weeks later after complaining. (Almost 5 & half months later) jacket is ready for pick up. I also sent an email hoping corporate would respond. Nothing! If you want good service & great products in Stillwater—-Go to Elizabeth’s!!!

update. The two owners contacted me w/ apologies for service & wanting to rectify situation, which was much appreciated. Better training & more supervision of staff in Stillwater location would help. My daughter does like selection in store & said she will give them...

When in Stillwater for Mom’s weekend in April, my daughter and I visited the Stillwater location. I loved the energy and the overall selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. Even though the store caters to young women, I found myself trying on several things and loving the fit and my daughter made several selections as well that were perfect for spring and summer. I really appreciated the friendly service and the ease of checking out. It’s hard nowadays to find young people who smile and are genuinely wanting to help you make the best selections possible. J.Cole Shoes is hands-down my favorite place to shop in Stillwater! The staff is always so friendly and helpful — they make you feel like a VIP the moment you walk in. The store has the cutest selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories, and they’re always getting in new arrivals that feel super fresh and on-trend.
