A Ridiculous Phone Call Experience

After this place come up in a google search for 18500 batteries (a battery commonly used in RC controllers) I called to ask if they actually had any in stoke. A man self identified as Chris answered the phone and tells me that what I am looking for doesn't make since to him, then quickly proceeds to act like I must be giving him the wrong information about what I want. He continued to talk with an air of all knowing and tells me what I am looking for doesn't exist. At this point I told him thanks for the help and I'll just find what I'm looking for elts where.
