Scheduling is a nightmare. Spoke to a "staff member" to change an appointment and it was clear that this girl is underqualified for her position. I had canceled an appointment because my kid is sick and I dont want to vaccinated a sick kid. Girl on the phone tried to reschedule me for the appointment slot I just canceled. She then snickered on the phone when I clarified fir a 3rd time, what was needed here. I only take my kid here because they are open after 6pm and I am a single mom who works full time. Yet- they keep trying to schedule us at 8am on a Tuesday?? AND they argue with me about it. Don't even bother calling them for medical questions on childhood illnesses- the nurses give you bad information/advice. The answers they give lack and logic or sense. The only decent person there is Dr.M and she's leaving. ...

Let me tell you I love love love these doctors ! I love even more the medical assistants and the receptionist who are just so sweet& caring , you want a non judging office all of them! They will never make you feel less or down they truly are amazing and take there time to show it , Katie answered and I needed formula and she made me feel not embarrassed and was so so helpful! May God Bless her beautiful heart & May she be acknowledged for her hard work! My kids have been patients here for over a year and we adore Dr. Argeson and the office staff. If we weren’t moving over two hours away I would make the drive just to have my kids seen at this office. We always feel listened to and so well taken care of. The women at the front desk and all the nurses are always so amazing and engaging with my kids and Dr. Argeson goes out of her way every single time to make my daughter feel like the best big sister and to make my younger child comfortable.
